I have called on Buchanan Plumbing numerous times for my mother's house and mine own and he has always done a superb job and very fair priced. All of the employees are all friendly and a pleasure to work with!

The JIM TURNER CHEVROLET team would like to thank Buchanan Plumbing. They found and repaired an underground water leak in a timely fashion and to top it off they did it on the coldest day of the century. Thank you very much.

I have tried repeatedly to schedule maintenance on the Rinnai tankless water heater that was installed by Buchanan Plumbing in our home. I spoke with Mike Buchanan on January 17th. He said he could get to it 'in about a week', but to text him as a reminder. I've texted twice with no response either time - once on January 17th and again on January 25th. So a phone conversation and multiple texts have resulted in absolutely zero return response for service.
While I wouldn't normally take the time to leave a negative review, the lack of responsiveness and customer service by Buchanan Plumbing is egregious.
Anyone searching online for a plumber in the McGregor Texas area should know that Buchanan Plumbing is unreliable in service request responsiveness and after-service support.

Frustrated and cannot recommend them. Buchanan plumbing repaired and replaced a sewer line for me several years back and I paid $300 for the repair. However according to another local well respected plumber and an engineer it had been done incorrectly. The lines leaked at the incorrectly done connection points, the sewer backed up into the house both bathrooms .There was no cement on the PVC connections and the piping was above the ground. I contacted Mike Buchanan to take a look at it, he called me back and said it would be $700 to put it under ground and make the repairs, which according to the other plumber and engineer should have been done correctly in the first place. I have contacted Mike's cell phone for the last 4 weeks, dropped to voicemail called the office today and spoke to Jennifer Buchanan. Still no call back I typically don't go online to complain but I feel he needs to take responsibility or perhaps some type of compromise offer?

Apparently their number doesn’t work. Tried calling several times over several days.
