Herring and Associates has been, so far, the most lovely company I've rented from. My apartment is super nice, they've been incredibly prompt with all repairs that have been needed, even as soon as the very next day! They replaced appliances that were in disrepair upon move in immediately, and are super professional and very friendly. When reading the negative reviews, remember that there are two sides to every story, I can say that so far my experience has been wonderful.

We've rented form Herring for over 7 years now. Its been a great experience. Pay your rent and don't bother other neighbors and they don't bother you. My fridge went out today, so hoping to hear back shortly. When our water heater went out, they had someone in next morning and all was fixed. Great company to rent from in my book!

I have had a hell of a time with rentals and was in such a jam. It was hard to say if I would even have a home after what I was going through. I was very emotional and distraught at the point when I went to rent from Herring. They were willing to work with me and what I was going through and they were very helpful. I ended up in another place, but they need to be commended for their help and their willingness to help someone. I have rented across the country over a decade and a half, there is a set of rules and there is a set of things that you have to follow. This isn't something that you can't bend on because of privacy and other legal issues. I've gotten most of my deposits back anywhere I've gone. They are a business, and a pet fee that is non refundable is standard in a LOT of cities across the country. Wenatchee is not a special nugget for these kind of things. The cleaning required to make a home that is no longer pet friendly clean and sanitized, requires a lot of work. Always do a walk through WITH the company, don't be impatient. You accept liability if you don't. There seems to be a lot of people that seem to think that the rent is too high; no its not. The economy and the growth of the valley is indicative of what is going on. Herring was very good to me, and was very straightforward with me about their rental process. I appreciated them 100%, although I may not be renting wit them as long as you are upfront and honest with them, they will be with you.

It's important to remember that Herring and Associates is a rental buissness and with that comes inherent unpleasantness because the nature of the job is making hard choices and sometimes those are not the easiest to deal with. I have never had an experience with herring that could not de resolved with communication. Be open and honest and the people will work with you.

I have rented from this company numerous times, I refer friends, family and clients to them. They are very strict but for good reason. They have a process they follow and it keeps their business top notch. If you rent from them, know that you need to hold up your end of the bargain. Be thorough on your move in walk through because they will be through on the move out walk through. Pay your rent on time and be clear when paying rent what address it should to be applied to. Make sure you know how to give proper notice when it's time to move on. 20 day notice can be misinterpreted if you are not clear, ask!!!! They will not waiver on any of these rules. They don't have to and in order to treat everyone fair, they cant!
This is a company that demands respect and if you don't like it, they don't care! It's business and trust me, they have heard all of the stories more than once. No point in wasting time trying to argue that your rent is late because ......... I like renting from them because they are so strict. I know that when I rent a place from them, there are no surprises and everything is straight forward.

Have to say the best people to rent from. If anything happens they are on it quick they don't allow you to suffer they send someone professional courteous and clean and they make sure they clean up after themselves sorry but that's just awesome cuz a lot of landlords are slumlords nowadays and Herring and Associates is not a slum by any means. Keep up the good work guys.

Friendly staff and met my appointment time. The doctor was very personable and didn't try to sell me anything extra, just what I needed and I could pick it up from the store. Everything was very clean and up to date.
