Alright I called Monday to make an appointment and told them I need in before Wensday do to insurance they got me in Wensday I waited 45 minutes than got told I didn’t have insurance well I told them Monday I wouldn’t. I’m very upset I waisted my time.

Awful. I would call to schedule an appointment, nobody EVER answered the phone. I'd leave multiple messages, and get no reply. I give 1 star because it won't let me give less.

seems they are short staffed- not helpful...if you do get someone on the phone they just transfer you to a voice mail.. its hard when you are at work and need some information - not very helpful to their patients.
