Clean well stocked store, Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The store layout is perfect to locate what you need and allows for quick in and out shopping. This is one of the best locations I've seen in a while. I would definitely recommend this location.

Over the holidays we were driving from Post, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia when our car started having issues in Sweetwater.
Freddy quickly jumped in and saved the day. He found the parts, he found a mobile mechanic, and he assured us everything would be OK. Freddy went above and beyond and we are so very appreciative of him!! Thank you so very much Freddy!!!

Well, my 4 runner got a broken brake line. They were so helpful with me. The Latino guy at the counter was patient and gave me what I needed to fix the issue. The lady working there is also so gentle and knowledgeable. Thanks a lot for the help.

I was in desperate need for parts but wasn't going to make it before store closing hours.

I kept communication with Victor and he made the parts available a little after store hours so that I could continue my trip home.

Passing through on our way to Austin the alternator went out on my Buick Enclave. Manuel (Bubba) was very helpful and put us in contact with a local mechanic that does road side work. He came out on a Saturday afternoon and replaced the alternator. I am very thankful that O'Reillys had the part and helpful employees like Bubba

My car overheated 1 mile away from the store. I walked down in 100 degree heat to get some more coolant. They helped me find the right coolant and explained how to put it in. I went to walk back and they told me they’d give me a ride back to it! I would give them 10 stars if possible! I’m cooling off at the subway across the road so wish me luck putting more coolant in!

I'm from Livingston Texas and I deal with only O'Reilly's back home the folks at O'Reillys in Sweetwater Texas are just as friendly and eager to help as back home would give more stars but there aren't anymore Update was 6 years ago I made this post and not a thing has changed still really nice laid back folks who understand humor lol but very helpful.

Great store with great people .we were stranded ,our alternator went out it was 108 degrees outside.the managers tw , Shannon and there friend got under the hood and changed it out for us and got us a discount on the part we needed..we greatly appreciate it ..thanks

Brady is the MAN! My husband and I lost our oil cap in the parking lot and he took extra time out of his day to help us fish it out from under the engine! The whole staff was friendly and helpful the entire time we were there, 11/10 recommend!

Our car started acting up in Big Spring as we headed to Fort Worth. We inched our way along the service roads to Sweetwater and got there two minutes before closing. A man named Brady came out and looked at our car and knew what the problem was in minutes. He closed up the store and after hours fixed our car. He could have easily been annoyed that we got there at closing but chose to be kind, helpful and was an answer to our prayers. He is the kind of employee I would want in my business for sure! We don’t know what we would have done without him!

They helped us find a great place to have emergency repairs done.

The people here are amazing!!!! They drove a part out to me where I was broken down. Then waited to jump start my vehicle. The battery was far too dead to be jumped, the lady took my battery back and exchanged it for me(I bought it from another O’Reillys earlier in the day). I can’t express the feeling for them to go that far and above. Thank you soo soo much!!!!

Started having issues with my car going back home. Stopped in sweetwater where Manuel was absolutely helpful. Great customer service! Thank you Manuel for your help!

I broke down pulling a pop up camper in Sweetwater with a child, dog, and a friend. The situation was bad. My friend called O'Reilly once we figured out it was a battery issue. Elizabeth answered the phone and heard our story. She went above and beyond to help us. Another worker Brady came to our rescue. He brought a battery and installed it. We followed him back to the store where he ran a check to make sure it was only a battery issue. Come to find out it was also my alternator. Brady then called friends that he knew that worked on cars. His friend Michael was there within 30 minutes. We followed his friend to his house where he replaced the alternator and belt in his front yard. Whether went back to O'Reilly at closing and Brady checked the car again once we got an all clear we continued our journey to Colorado. We couldn't have made it there with only a 3 hour delay without the help of the employees at O'Reilly in Sweetwater, TX. Thanks for not leaving us stranded!

The employees are very helpful and very friendly. They always go out their way to make sure that I get what I need and always make suggestions to make sure I don't need anything else! I love this place
