A few months ago, I purchased a used truck from R.J.I. I can’t say enough about the whole team here. The purchasing process was absolutely flawless, and FAST. Iv never been treated that well at a dealership. I am extremely happy with the truck. Everything from small receipts, to trade-in service, all the details were covered. No hidden surprises.

“Service after the Sale” is by far the greatest Iv come to know. Iv purchased brand new trucks from a few other dealers, and not been treated this genuinely.

Went for my first oil change this weekend. Not only was it easy to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule, but the actual appointment was quick and easy. I was met with a smile as soon as I walked in and left with a shiny car when they finished. We have been very pleased with Roger Jennings!

I really like when you take vehicle for service they always wash truck when they are done.
Also I had items that I wanted installed on truck. They got the items in quickly and installed them as soon as they had an open spot.
Long drive for me to get service done in Hillsboro but worth the drive.

The buying experience was better than any other dealership I have worked with in the past. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. There was no pressure to purchase extended warranties or other things that I didn't want. Greg the salesman was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of purchasing a car or truck.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Ben, the salesman was extremely helpful and patient. I was an out of state buyer so there was a little more involved. He had great communication the whole time,, about 2 weeks, while I was dealing with financing and travel arrangements on my end. The manager Kenny was pretty awesome too. They are just super good people here. It was like the car buying came second to just talking about whatever. Btw , they didn't once ask me to leave a review like other dealers have asked me and my wife in the past. Just good genuine people. Hard to find nowadays.

We had a trailer brake issue which affected our truck while we were on the road. Phil the service manager and his team diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. We greatly appreciate their work and commitment to getting us back on the road! Highly recommend this dealership.

Greg worked closely and efficiently with us to sell us the car we needed and in trading in our car. Almost everything was handled online so there was very little to take care of once we arrived at the dealership. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating.
