Everyone was nice and professional we appreciate all the help getting us a washer and dryer and will continue to do business with Athens Badcock for years to come!

I was looking to purchase a few items (sectional, kitchen table , recliner) & had went to two other stores in Athens and couldn't really get anyone at the stores to assist me. As soon as I walked in the door, Pam was beyond helpful and helped me pick out what I was looking for. She was so so very nice & patient with me even with two sleepy, fussy toddlers. We were so happy with the experience that we came back the next day to make another purchase.

We ordered from Decatur but your guys from Athens brought the furniture last Thursday. They were all polite, helpful, courteous, and did such a good job. The main guy whatever you do please keep him good help is hard to find and that man is top notch!!!! Take these men out to lunch because they are representing your company in the best way possible!

Great customer service! Most of the time when I shop, I get poor customer service (presumably because I look very young) and I don’t get taken seriously. Pam helped me primarily and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I left with a brand new couch being delivered to me and I couldn’t be happier! I didn’t even intend to make a purchase today originally but this sectional was exactly what I wanted and was on sale. I will definitely be back for more. The entire staff was friendly which is such a rarity these days. Very refreshing experience!

We first used Badcock to buy our complete bed in Florida but when we moved here we went and bought the rest of the bedroom set with Pam. Great customer service! We went back today and bought new LR furniture and a lingerie dresser. Made sure we went when Pam was working. She is awesome!!

Went in for the first time ever today and was immediately approached by a friendly associate named Caliyah Scott she went above and beyond with helping us. Her and her Store manager Jessica Watkins we patient with all of our questions and explained in great detail everything that concerned us. They were a great team and I couldn’t leave without giving them a personal review. Thanks you too

i have been getting all my purchases from badcock sense 1995 . when my dad who has passed now first took me in the store its were he an my mom got there stuff ,my first purchase was a air conditioner . an threw the years i have got washers an dryers stoves refrigerators an more . i have never had a problem with them . the staff has always been great. this time around had to just get a new washer . an a new desk top . got great deal on it . only thing is i like that got got great credit with them an they went up on my limit . i always pay for what i get . but one thing i do not agree with is why after all these years my interest rate still up ? any way i do not get the interest free on things . they should go by my credit with them not on the eqaifax which is wrong my score should be higher .

Love the merchandise and the prices are great for the quality of products they offer. People are friendly and out going to help you the best way they can. If they don't have it in store they will order it for you and let you know when it arrives and the service protection plans are great.

Jessica was very sweet and her customer service skills were top notch! Her and Bradley (I believe that’s the guys name) we’re very helpful with helping me figure out the layout for my living room sectional.

👍Have been dealing with this Badcock in Athens AL for years and never an issue with sales or service. All ways have the same sales people in there and they know what we mean when describing something we want. Time to time will have a repair done but most of the time its my fault for breaking it.

Very polite and professional staff. Only gave advice and help to meet my needs, instead of trying to sell me things not of my interest. Keep up the GREAT WORK....SEE YALL SOON FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE.
