Friendly staff. They get your prescription ready super fast and 100% accurate. I’ve never had to wait longer than 20 minutes there, and the staff always goes the extra mile to show they care for you.

Pharmacist extremely rude- I know they have a policy for 24-48 hours of notice before refill for compounding but I couldn’t give my daughter her reflux medicine because of my son microwaving it (toddler problems). When I asked the pharmacist when it would be ready since my daughter was already miserable and couldn’t eat because her reflux was so severe the pharmacist said that my daughter was not “priority” and refused to give me an estimated time or even day it would be ready. I get that my kid isn’t your kid but you NEVER tell a parent that their child is not your priority. Moving my compounding prescriptions somewhere else.

The other staff members are very friendly and helpful- just the pharmacist is the reason I’m leaving.
