Oh my. After having to leave my previous gym that I loved loved loved I thought I would never find another gym where I felt like family. I visited one gym where I wasn't given the time of day. You see I'm 62 and I guess that guy didn't figure I would "work out". Then I joined another gym for a short period, but there were cliques and I just didn't feel welcome. Well apparently 3 is a charm. I went to Smartfit 24/7 and have loved it ever since. I felt welcomed and immediately fit in. The workouts are great, not easy, but great. Kristie is a super instructor. She is supportive and makes sure you do everything correctly so you don't get hurt, she pushes you to grow while making it fun. Her smile lights up the gym at 5:15 AM. Yes 5:15 AM!!!! Never thought I could make myself go to workouts that early, but I want to go, I don't have to make myself. I love love love my new gym!!!!

I have been a part of the SmartFit family for a little over 2 years now! Absolutely love going there! The personal training classes are amazing! Kristie does everything in her power to make sure everyone who walks in that door feels welcome & lets them know what they are capable of! She has done so much for me on my journey these past two years! Definitely could not have done any of it without her & the Smartfit family! I adore everyone there! Come workout with us! My husband and I joined 6 months ago and we have never enjoyed and stuck with a work out program like we have here! The atmosphere is fun and encouraging. We have made wonderful friends and the trainers are so helpful. I would definitely recommend this gym.

If you're looking for a gym, this place rocks! Kristie Luke Royal is amazing, and so encouraging! The classes are amazing, and she is great about helping by modifying exercises (for us old folks who have done nothing for years!), while still pushing you to challenge yourself! No embarrassing those of us who are much slower! Also, I love my "gym rats" I exercise with! This is the longest I've ever stuck with an exercise program, and I pray I'll be doing it for years to come! Give it a try!

I absolutely love this place! The guidance and support they provide is phenomenal. I was honestly intimidated at the thought of getting back in the gym after so many years. I thought there was no way I could keep up. I was so wrong. Kristi and Mike do a fabulous job of working with your unique needs, strengths and weaknesses. The class feels more likely a family.
