I owe my health to Dr. Cozacov! From my very first visit I felt comfortable talking to him and his compassion for helping me achieve my goals go above and beyond my expectations! I will forever be grateful for everything he’s done for me!

Dr Cozacov was very pleasant to talk with.
He explained my medical condition and also showed me very detailed pictures as he was explaining.

We discussed options and also talked about surgery. Again he showed me pictures as he was describing the surgical procedure, making it easy to understand the procedure.

I felt Dr Cozacov spent the appropriate time with me as needed. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed.

My whole experience with having gastric sleeve surgery has been amazing! This office is great, the nurses are wonderful, Dr C, Eva... I'm thankful to have such an awesome team during this transformation.

Dr. Cozacov is a knowledgeable doctor. He answered all my questions. My concerns were eased and I appreciate him taking the time to communicate with me. I feel I can trust him with my care and I will recommend my close ones.

I thought he was a good Dr taking care of some of my health problems. But after I had a hiatal hernia repair, I hv had nothing but trouble & he’s not doing anything to get to the bottom of things. He started talking bout some other procedures to see if that will help & I told him he's not touching me again. I fired him as my Dr. I DO NOT recommend him as a Dr. I've heard other people talking bout not recommending him, too. I've heard good comments bout the other Dr that works in the same office. His name is Dr. Hachem.

The doctor was very friendly and personal, well prepared, and took his time to go over my case with me, reviewed former scans, and explained the way he wanted to proceed.
I felt very comfortable, I believe that the doctor is very well prepared and knowledgeable, and I do not think I could ask for better medical representation. I was concerned about the procedure I'm looking at, but after speaking with the doctor I'm very much at ease and looking forward to it. I would recommend Dr Cozacov at any time.

My husband and I were very impressed with Dr C! He was friendly, listened, and explained everything good and bad. He took time with us and was very thorough.

Dr Cozacov is an excellent provider. He is a busy person but always has the time for questions and comments to ensure complete understanding before ending the appointment. His staff is well versed and friendly. The office runs on time with few exceptions.

My visit with Dr. Cozacov was pleasant.. I shared my past illnesses and surgeries..and Dr C explained the colonoscopy procedure..he was very professional as were his nurses..I was scheduled for a PAC appointment on 6 July and at that appointment my colonoscopy date will be scheduled..Thank you for your time..God Bless

Dr. Cozacov did my umbilical hernia surgery and helping my daughter. He explains everything in great detail. Makes sure you understand and answers any question in detail. Very nice, great bedside manor. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you Dr. For helping me and especially helping my daughter with what other doctors overlooked.

So far everything is very fast and the nurses and all the staff are very friendly.

Great doctor! He saved my life! After several trips to ER with nothing but negative and poor patient care! Dr. C and his nurses took the time to listen and showed great compassion for my well being.

Dr. Cozacov has been seeing me for 3 years. He is the most caring surgeon I have met. He's went above and beyond to help me with a few different problems. You will not find a surgeon so kind and knowledgeable. We are very fortunate to have him here in Paris!!!! Thank you for all you do. You are the best!!!!!!

This is one of the few Doctors here in Illinois that actually really cares. He takes his time talking with you about your concerns & explains all clearly of what need be done! I wish all doctor's would go back to giving a care about their patients. Our system is very broken. I'm greatful that I have this man on my health team!
