Josh and his team did a fantastic job for us! They installed 6 cameras, a ring doorbell, remote chime and some combination door locks. We could not have been more pleased with their excellent communication, their professionalism and their willingness to help to be sure that we completely understand how to use all the apps.

Josh with Smart Alarm Solutions installed security cameras at our home. He was very professional and nice from the first day we meet. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered all of them, explaining what he thought was best and why. Josh was very responsive pre-installation and post installation. His price was very competitive and his customer service is great. After installation there was a glitch with one of the cameras and he came right out that same day and fixed the problem. The day the cameras were installed Josh and David were very professional, punctual and thorough, making sure the cameras were capturing the areas we wanted. Josh showed us how the App worked and made sure we were comfortable operating the cameras through the app, and that we had no more questions before he left. Our experience with Josh was excellent. I plan on using him again for a few other projects. I cannot say enough good things about Smart Alarm Solutions, I highly recommend Josh!
