Best mushroom Swiss burger I have had in a very long time-huge burger swimming in fantastic brown gravy. I went for the pork BBQ but unfortunately they had run out. I guess that means it’s delicious too. That’s what I get for coming in late, but the burger was an excellent compromise

Food was delish Philly steak&cheese was awsome The burger was huge had half leftover for dinner.You won't leave this place hungry.

One of the best restaurants in Blount County. They offer a buffet that includes meats, sides, drinks, and desserts. I recommend ordering off the menu though -- either the burger or club sandwich. Both are deliciously packed with meat and toppings to fill any appetite.

Loaded fries and club sandwiches are really good. Waitresses are sweet and can take us picking on them about never having onion rings when we come. 🤣

I had a bad first experience. My 2nd time they definitely came thru. I ordered a thin pancake with eggs over easy and crispy bacon. All of it was pretty amazing!!! I'll be returning.

1st time stopping by for breakfast and the Pancake did not disappoint! It was wonderful! Notice I wrote PANCAKE just one cause it was a plate full! I enjoyed a good cup of coffee with my pancake Staff was Friendly and Everything was clean and welcoming! I will be back!

The ABSOLUTE BEST burger I’ve Ever had! This place has it all! Great food ! Good reasonable price! My wife and I stopped here to try the burgers! After coming in and seeing all the great stuff on the buffet it was tuff to order the burger! That was until they brought it out! I could hardly get my mouth open enough to bite it! Wow was I glad that we did get the burgers! Really truly to date it is the BEST cheeseburger I’ve ever ate! Bar none! Service was off the hook too! Waitress kept a great check on our drinks and she was so nice! Melody was her name. So if you are in the area and wanting some great food at a very reasonable price then definitely give this diner a try!

Great food and plenty of it.

This was our first visit to this diner. Wait staff were kind and welcoming. I had the cowboy burger and had to take half of it home. The drinks were served in a very large cup. I can't wait to try their breakfast items and buffet 😋 I highly recommend this diner.

Traveling through and stopped for breakfast. Best eggs I have ever eaten. Bacon and sausage cooked perfectly. Nice clean restaurant and great service. Waitress was very personable and the owner even came out to make sure we were pleased with our food. We will be back and we recommend this place to everyone.

Wanted something a little different and NOT fast food. Stephen's was thankfully open and not too busy. Ordered a club and fries. Now I have ate all over Blount and Jefferson Counties. The BEST club sandwich around...hands down.

Great time with family. Food was fresh, and tasted great! Glad I got the half size BBQ Cajun fries, still needed a to- go box. Hubs Reuben looked great, he really enjoyed it.

Mushroom and Swiss was absolutely amazing. Cajun Ranch with real Bacon Bits. Nothing not to love.

Best cheeseburger in blount county!

The taco salad is amazing and the onion rings are off the chain they are so good. I would recommend Stephens Diner to anyone. The server was on point and her name is Kesley Matthews make sure you go by there and say hello to Kesley Matthews she is the best server.

I just moved here a few months ago and I got to say this is the best dinner I had tried here in town. The food is cooked to order! The waitress's are amazing really friendly!!!

Lady at the bank told me they had a killer hamburger and she was correct. Very good burger and fries and a very good price. Cheaper than a fast food place and much better. Great, friendly service. I'll be going back for sure!

A must try when in town. Home made chips are great. When available the buffets have been good and filling. Burgers can't be beat. Interesting parking but plenty of it. Great iced tea.
