My daughter is deaf and legally blind. They are so good with her. She normally don't like going to the doctors,but she don't mind at all going here. I've always had a good experience since we have been going there. I think maybe a year now. I would recommend them for any age!!!😘

My family loves this office. My 2 daughters, my husband, and myself. The staff is absolutely great. They are so friendly, nice, and caring. Greatest doctors office ever. Thank you so much for being awesome!!

I started coming to Premiere due to Dr. Gardner. She's been my dr for yrs and would definitely highly say she knows and loves her patients. She will make sure you are taken care of and her method of healing comes from her heart.

1st time to see Dr Garner, she's listed in my insurance. Knew almost every doctor I've seen in the last 20yrs personally. Very sweet lady, even prayed with me. The entire staff has to be the most friendliest group of lady's I've EVER been to. They were so amazing sweet and fun, I can't wait for my next appointment!!

Wonderful staff, excellent care, although sometimes the wait time is crazy this is still a wonderful atmosphere to get the care you need. The staff aint just your average Doctor care in get what you need out. These people are more like FAMILY! Wonderful place to get Medical Treatment! Highly recommend. Ive been using this facility since/as i was the very first patient the day they first opened the door here. Few have come an gone but overall each new staff member has been just as nice as the last. Melanie Gardner and Brittany Budsworth are Both Wonderful Christian People to always look forward to seeing each office visit. They will pray with and for you if you need them to. Just overall Great Place to be apart of!!!!

Dr. Gardner was "assigned" to me as my primary so I had no preconceived opinions from recommendations. I found her to be very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I feel as though she has a genuine concern for my health issues. I left my appointment feeling confident that Dr. Gardner, unlike the Doctors I've seen before for my condition, will get to the bottom of it and put me back on track to good health.

Dr Gardner moved to Premier Family Care from another facility. I love her and I love this facility. They are so very sincere and effective. They answered my email portal msg, same day and help me in finding out what is going on with me. I know I am complicated with many problems, but when I leave from appointments with Dr Gardner, I feel organized, planned and ready to get some answers. She is brilliantly helpful and sincere about her care for her patients.

Dr. Gardner has been my primary care doctor for several years now and I don't know what I would do without her. She is always professional and is always concerned about any health issues I may have. She goes above and beyond what most doctors do. I personally highly recommend her.

I absolutely Love this Doctors office. The second you walk in you feel so much love. The girls at the front desk are amazing with so much warmth. They make you feel at home right off the the bat. Thanks ladies for all y’all do. 😊 Then, you get to the back and Realize it wasn’t just a show, they are just really genuine people. No matter what day of the week you go in there you will always get that warm welcome and that sweet goodbye. Amber is the most amazing woman I’ve ever met. The way she cares makes you want to say more and more because she shows she is truly in tune with you and what you’re saying. I’m truly blessed to have meet these sweet people. I went in there for just a health Diagnosis but I left with so much more. It’s hard to remember what people say to you, but you can always remember how they made you feel and Amber will always and forever hold a special place in my heart just based off of our very first conversation. I can’t brag enough on how well these women run this office. I truly appreciate y’all. Brittany and kylee, stay sweet and never let this cold world change y’all’s smile. Amber, remember the warmth of your soul changes lives.So when you’re feeling overwhelmed and just not good enough remember, God put you where you are in that very moment because he knew your shoulders could handle it. Stress only comes from the devil. God sent you the stress to help you grow, not break. Hold y’all’s head up and know y’all are ALL doing amazing! Smiles kill the devil and heals the scars. Going to the Doctors offices is one of the most Eerie feelings but I have to say even when I just drive by this place I always give it a little smile as I pass because absolutely I adore them! My daughter and husband have both seen Ms. Shockley. They are very pleased with her care. She is thorough and kind. The staff are very kind and helpful. We are blessed to have her in Blount County.

My Husband, and both my kids, and I have always had a great experience each time we was seen, both providers went above and beyond to make sure that are needs where met, all the staff members also was great at making sure we was taking care of! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
