Some mighty fine eating. I stopped by a few months ago and really enjoyed their BBQ sandwich and tea. I once lived in the area and ate there numerous times and food/service was always good

Place was clean. Folks were friendly, food was very good. It was kind of loud when we stopped in. So loud on fact we couldn't hear each other across the table.

Love this place! There's a reason they have been open since the '80s. If you want a real treat, try to catch them on cube steak day. Sides are always varied and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hurry in because it fills up quickly. The restaurant was almost full and they arranged me and my buddy a place to sit. Highly recommend eating here when you're in the area.

I actually ate here 3 days in a row while working in the area. Catfish onion rings and coleslaw were 🔥. I had one of the coconut fried pies also. Ladies were all very welcoming and attentive. I'll definitely be returning soon.

Oh my Goodness it was delicious! We called in for a large party order and it was ready when we arrived at the agreed upon time. We had the pork, chicken and Turkey along with baked beans, Cole slaw, macaroni and cheese and potato salad. Everyone enjoyed very much. I’d recommend Shaws to anyone!

Great local restaurant, basically a meat & 2 or 3 with OK BBQ. Very Friendly atmosphere.

Quaint local restaurant with both big plates and small bites! Food was good... service was impeccable. They make you feel like they know you and who don't want to go where everyone knows your name?

When I got out of the car I was overwhelmed with the smell of BBQ. As I walked to the door I noticed the modest place, nothing jumping out at you and no gimmicks. I opened the front door and was welcomed with warm greetings from the staff. The whole place was filled with friendly chatter between the customers and staff. Everyone had smiles and laughed at one another. My order was taken very quickly and accurately. The waitresses were very friendly and quick to help everyone. It took a bit to get my food because they were very busy but it was worth the wait. The chicken had a good amount bbq sauce but wasn’t smothered in it. It was a sweet sauce with a tiny bit of a bite. The potatoes salad was good even though I prefer mine with a little more mustard. The cole slaw was great and fresh. I will definitely return not just for the food but for the warm friendly staff.

My husband and I are traveling from CA to TN and stopped in for lunch. We highly recommend them! The tastiest BBQ and friendliest people!!

First timer and my experience was great. Friendly staff and delicious food. I ordered a biscuit and gravy with a side of fried potatoes.. yumm!

Shaw's has never been a bad experience for me and have had the same owners for years. Their patty melt is amazing. Food is always hot and freshly prepared when ordered.

Pulling up to this small little restaurant off of Alabama road reminding me of going to my grandmother's and grandfather's house to have some amazing barbecue. I got the rib plate with baked beans and coleslaw with a sweet tea. One of the best plates of ribs I've eaten in a very very long time you didn't even need to put the sauce on it. The ribs were cooked to perfection juicy, tender and meat just melts in your mouth. The baked beans and coleslaw had some of the best flavors. Can't wait to drive by that place again to pick up some more barbecue!
