I am incredibly thankful for this facility! I've never had anything but a good experience.

I went to see the dentist and my experience was great. Everyone was nice and spoke to me as they walked by. Service was fast as well, I was in and out within 40 mins

Friendly and experienced staff! Very comfortable atmosphere and the sliding fee based on your income is a life saver!

I am usually not one to complain but when it comes to the health of my children it is time to speak up. My son is a paraplegic and has many health issues. He is having dental issues and has a clotting problem that has nearly cost him his life several times. I have tried to get his dentist to renew a prescription for an antiobiotic for three days now. I have called numerous times every day only to be told, I’m sorry but she hasn’t had time to look at her emails. My son has a TERRIABLE tooth ache and is having to eat Advil to hold it at bay. This is the third day people!! Tomorrow is Friday. I am going to Tuskegee and try to pick up this prescription that no one has time to call in to the pharmacy!! We don’t want to go through the weekend with this pain!
They just seem to think that we aren’t important! Well right now your not too high up on my list either! I gave them three stars because we have been there before and had no issues.

Never had a bad experience till today in Tuskegee the Older lady up front is the best but the woman who u can’t tell what way she looking needs to be in the back customer service is important nasty attitude put a smile on ya face maybe you’ll look better

The receptionist being rude and rolling her eyes when asked a question was enough for me. If you're going to do your paperwork online before your appointment it's crazy to get to the office and have to do it all over. I left and won't be returning.

I got an appointment easy but got there and they said my appointment was cancelled! I was not notified of the cancelation so I said can I see another Dr the secretary called the Dr in the back I'm guessing and told the Dr what was going on. She asked what's the reason for my visit I told her and she told me to go to the Er! Really unprofessional

Extremely bad appointment service. The lady had very rude attitude, unprofessional manner and don’t know how to check schedule availability.

Doctor Mallory is rude and very unorganized. I hope I don't ever see her again. I'll do the emergency room if I have to from.now on.

Terrible dental service I have scheduled at least 4 appointments for a cleaning service within 3 months and all of them has been canceled WITHOUT notifying me of a cancellation...... just pay full price somewhere else

Very rude and disrespectful.She told me a time and then she said it wasn’t available.I couldn’t do the time she said and I told her thank you and she just hung up on me,no greeting or nothing.Ridiculous.
