I wont buy parts anywhere else from now on. You can tell they truly care about their business. They weren't just there to sell me parts. They showed that they wanted to help figure out the problem. Very reasonable prices for parts and services. Will definitely be spending more money here.

My disabled parents bought an oven from them new and it kept breaking down like 3 times in about 3 months. The last time it was broken for 3 weeks before the repair was made and it messed up again the same day!! The repair man was always very nice with them but the lady not so much. She tried to give them a big run around about it and it took my dad going up there probably being very ugly to get a refund after they had already been told they get another oven or their money back. This item was purchased new with a warranty I would have demanded a refund the first time but my mother tried to be nice about it. That's just not good business.
