Cave-In-Rock State Park Restaurant

This place is fantastic! The prices are unreal compared to everywhere else they are definitely less expensive than even McDonald's not that they are comparable lol this place is way above!!! Service was excellent and the staff are very patient for large groups and kids!! The only thing I can complain about is some seasoning on the food.
UPDATE: I took my kids to go eat here for my birthday and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic this time!!!!!

While the facility is small, it makes up with good food & great homemade deserts! It rests on top of a great overlook of the Ohio River adjacent to several cabins. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor & stop in!

It was so great to enjoy home style food! It was a Sunday and they had a small but perfect buffet. I'm from central Illinois and we say "you guys" I heard a lot of "y'all". If was definitely small town and the customers knew each other. It was very homey. The kids working had great attitudes! That is super impressive considering how everything is now.

Strawberry butter is delicious! Best catfish I have ever had and it's a buffet! Nice people, cabins are cute and right on the water! Can't go wrong here. Will return.

Seemed short staffed but doing as much as they could. Feels rustic in a natural way. Got a recommendation from locals at the Garden of the Gods. Food was affordable and delicious. Made with Love and Care!

Absolutely the best food I've ever had. The fries are homemade, the fried pickles are perfect, the fish and hamburger were delicious. Our waitress was wonderful. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend coming here.
I'll be back next time I visit for sure

You must come and hang at this park. Locals are very friendly and the landscape is amazing. Deer rome at will and wonder what your doing. Love this place.

I had the chef salad with grilled chicken. The salad was wonderful! The chicken included on the salad was so delicious!! Then I just had to have Blackberry Cobbler with Ice Cream on top. Oh my, to die for !!

I enjoyed this place a lot. We arrived late but they accommodated us with 3 dinners and a bucket of beer 10mins before closing. The pulled pork was great, and the people very friendly. The next morning we had a tasty breakfast which was inexpensive. Great view of the river sitting here also! Definitely Recommended!

Pretty cool natural park with a decent restaraunt. Never knew it existed! Just happened upon it in a quaint little town after using a river ferry I never heard of. Cool day.

Awesome place to dine. Food is fabulous! You will not find a more picturesque view of the Ohio River. If you are looking for a topnotch place to eat stop and see Marty and Kim and enjoy the outside dining and entertainment. Guaranteed to become a place you often think about and want to revisit. Where else can you dine with a Cougar in the room.

The staff here is great, and the food is very good too. I'm not a huge fan of catfish normally, but I had their grilled boneless catfish and it was delicious. They also had the best strawberry pie I've ever had.
