i have visited and known Penny, and her office, for over 10 years. As a rep, sometimes I get a cold shoulder and?or the run-around, but Penny is a person who is thoughtful and respectful. She has an understanding heart, that we are all human, and have a job to do. She takes great pride in building relationships, and with this care, she puts towards her clients as well. Wow! I have nothing but great things to say about my fantastic insurance agent Shania!! The things she had to do for my situation were unimaginable, she went well above and beyond her normal duties to get the job done, and for that I will be forever grateful! She is the most helpful person I have ever encountered! When my life was falling apart while moving across the country because of my mortgage lender, Shania was my comfort and the only person I could rely on for accurate information about my closing. She was telling me the facts days before my lender ever picked up the phone to call. With her experience and knowledge she will be able to assist anyone with any situation after deal with mine lol. She is someone I have complete faith and trust in to always do right by her clients. She helped me while I was at the lowest point in my life, she is not only the best insurance agent on the west coast, but she is genuinely a great person. The best experience with Penny! So easy to work with and she always makes sure we are extra covered and taken care of! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Penny help us out with a new monthly payment on our policy. We just upgraded to a third row Subaru vehicle and our payment were $35 more. Penny looked over our policy and required us to a new lower amount saving us $61. Very helpful and great customer service!

Penny did me a solid by reviewing the coverage I had and telling me she couldn’t beat the rate I had. If I ever do make a change I will definitely go to her. Honesty & personal service are far too rare nowadays.

I can't say anything but great things about this branch. They worked with me through a financial burden when I was let go of my job in February 2021. I paid up until I couldn't and they worked with me for 2 months, to make sure I didn't lapse. Always friendly, helpful and responsive which I appreciate so much!!
