Amazing customer service, wonderful staff. I drive far out of my way to go here because it’s an extremely good place to get care.

I really hate to leave negative reviews. I was assigned to this dentist through my HMO. I called for 2 weeks and finally someone answered.. The person who answered scheduled me within a few days..so no problem there. My husband and I arrive.. the door is locked… but I can see someone inside. After a few minutes she (later I found out it was the dentist) comes up opens the door with a nasty look on her face. I tell her we have an appointment and she didn’t say much but to wait. Her waiting room is dusty and office cluttered with papers, she had no secretary or dental assistant. We could hear she was having some type of emergency in the back, after a about 10 minutes or so she verified what we heard and told us she has to reschedule our appointments. Needless to say that won’t be happening lol.. I called my insurance and switched dentists. Maybe she’s a good dentist but I don’t want to go back to find out.
