Alexis has been very helpful through the entire claims process. She’s updated me regularly, handled issues that I was unable to resolve on my own, and saw my claim through to the end to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. She explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was easily understood. Thank you Alexis!

This review is for Alexis who, like a good neighbor, followed up with me consistently after my car was involved in a minor hit-and-run.

I was traveling for work, driving my dented vehicle from state to state, and I didn't have time to surrender it to a repair shop. It took six weeks to find a collision center that could fix my sedan in a brief window to get me back on the road.

Without prompting, Alexis checked in with me regularly to see how I was doing, to interface with State Farm corporate, to connect with repair shops, and to offer suggestions and support. Throughout the process, she was patient and non-judgemental. The personal help was awesome and above-and-beyond the call of duty.

We have been with Jessica for years, and she is so knowledgeable and helpful in so many different areas! Not only do we have a great rate on all of our insurance through her, she helps us financially by having personal meetings with us to go over things like our retirement plans, our life insurance, our wills/trusts, etc. just all around making sure we are doing the most with our money and helping us out with long term goals. She is smart, caring, and really just wants to help people by sharing her knowledge. Customers for life here :)

I have always been treated kindly both in office and on the phone. They always go out of their way to make sure they have met my needs before ending the conversation. I have never felt as if they are trying to push coverages on me just to make more money.

I have been with Jessica since her first week(14 years) as my official State Farm Agent. SInce then I have had the best customer service anyone could want and always am greeted with the most pleasant staff ever. They are never to busy to take care of your needs and if they don't have answer they find out and get right back with you. Jessica is the BEST OF THE BEST.

when I first wrote with Jessica Wade, the agent forgot to add that I was a mother, which gave me a significant discount. after another agent was reviewing my coverages, they caught this and were able to back date all the way to the date I was written. reimbursing me for the discount I was supposed to be getting. they were very diligent and hard working. I appreciated the customer service given at that time. Their team is very well informed, the girls up front can always help with any questions I have, and if for some reason they don't know the answers, they find me someone who does. they also make sure I fully understand my coverages and what they mean, and go the EXTRA mile to make sure I am not only protected with my autos, but my life and income as well. would highly recommend.

I have been with State Farm Insurance for years. Jessica Mickens-Wade & her staff are amazing! Fortunately, I have not had a claim for years but, when I did (a few times home & auto) they were very professional & courteous. They made sure to follow up & make sure everything was taken care of. I recently took over managing my mothers insurance needs. I met with Chris Burns to get up to speed with her various policies. Chris was very patient and thorough. I've contacted him several times over the past few months and he is very responsive, always following up to make sure all concerns are addressed. I've lived in my home for about 40 years. In that time I have had several different insurance companies, and dealt with many agents. In all those years and agents, none was more competent than Chris Burns. He went over ever possible detail to get my homes insurance in line with what I felt
the rebuild cost should be. A Pity there are only 5 stars to check.

This is what you call excellent customer service they’re always so happy when you call and always willing to go that extra mile to assist you with anything they can.
