Very friendly, communicative, pricing was great, knowledgeable and fast repair. We had a car needing a repair that we were told by the dealership would take 2-3 hours and it took Them an hour. Very pleased 😃

Was down in Kelso yesterday for an appointment, alternator started going out and this shop was recommended by the O'Reilly's staff across the street. Drove on over and even though we arrived about 10min before close the staff were very kind and helpful. They checked my alternator and were able to make sure I was all set up to make the drive home (30min north). Made it home no problem! Thanks again for being patient and kind.

Renee at the desk is an awesome person and I've never gone to any other repair shop after going here once.
on my last repair there was a miscommunication about how late they were open to pick up my vehicle and they'd cut my post-inspection fee in half.
the dog is friendly too and happy to come up to anyone who steps in the door for some love and attention.
just make sure you keep an eye on the floor as you walk in as there is a large step just inside the door that I always forget about and trip on because my mind is on the doggy.

Richard is a very thoughtful mechanic and business owner. He Will tell you what it is even if it's not what you want to hear. I've found going to him for 10 + years that when done , I never felt I didn't just my money's worth.

These guys are the most honest mechanics in town. I have tried almost EVERYONE locally and these guys really set the bar. Not one shop has even came close to the amount of care that they put into your vehicle. I have never been hit with random charges that leave me questioning my invoice and they are always fair. They don't take advantage of customers and treat everyone with respect. Renee in the office really knows her stuff! Richard is a mechanical genius and their staff are all really sharp! Their business name sums up what they do. You're not just another dollar.

I used to be a mechanic so I know what it's like. Kerr Car Care is the only place that I will take any of my vehicles to. I highly recommend them. I go out of my way to make sure my friends and acquaintances no to take their cars to Kerr Car Care as well. They're fast reasonable and do excellent work. The owners are awesome and know what they're doing and are always Pleasant.

I brought my car in here to check for an exhaust leak. He spent a half an hour checking my car out and didn't find one. It turned out to be something else but he set me on the right track and didn't charge me. I will be back should I encounter a repair I do not feel comfortable doing myself. They are honest people and I highly recommend this place, especially if you're on a budget and want a fair estimate.

All my family have trusted this shop they are honest and do not try to up sell you any work I have personally experienced that for myself and my family. When they found that my vehicle did not need any repair they were absolutely honest. In this day that is a rare and unique trait. I'd give 4 stars for auto repair and 5 stars for exhaust work. I base that on their auto repair is good, but so are a few other places in town. Their exhaust work is perfection and the best in town.
So 4.5 stars overall, IMO. Since it's not possible for me to give 4.5 stars, I rounded up and gave 5 stars.

I've had five years of great experiences with these guys. Everything from oil changes and brake jobs to having the engine in my 88 F250 replaced. They work on my Nissan, my Chrysler and my Ford and I couldn't be happier. They are the perfect local mom and pop garage.

I had my oil service done today and they're excellent. I've had them do other work before and they're always honest, reliable, and their prices are very reasonable. I've had a lot of cars and been to a lot of shops. I can honestly say they're by far the best place I've ever dealt with.

Excellent and timely service on my 1994 Jimmy. They replaced the catalytic converter and put a new muffler and exhaust tip on it. Now it looks and sounds great!

Very warm and inviting waiting area with a nice front receptionist! I'm new to Washington, but normally choose places by their rating. I'm glad I decided to get my car fixed here. The mechanic also sprayed off the corrosion from my battery for me. Thank you!!

One of the best in town. They never sell you a service you don't need. They try to get you in and out even when they are backed up. We trust them so much with our cars that we used them exclusively for our automotive needs for the last 8 years.

Richard and his wife are very honest couple and they fixed my vehicle where down the street years ago now put the wrong auto parts on my vehicle. I did need this part at all.
