Omg the manager Tommy delivered our food so quickly. Great service and with a smile. Nice young man 😂

Definitely prefer east side over west side McDonald’s. Sometimes a little bit of a wait and having you pull forward so they can stop their timer and make it seem like they are keeping customers moving when they’re really not. But other than that, can’t complain. Food is always hot and they have never messed up on my orders.

Waited in drive through line for 15 minutes. Got asked to move after 4 at window. 2 orders behind me got foot first for simple order. Totally unacceptable!

It's a McDonald's. But at 13th n Bdwy I go inside to get my to go order. Always friendly and accommodating.

Pretty normal McDonald's experience. Was visiting from the Quad Cities, where we don't have hazelnut iced coffees available, so it was nice to see that still on the menu at this location.

Had an issue with my order and the manager, Tommy, resolved it and I walked away happy with that resolution!
He apologized, explained how the food was made and that McDonald's does everything to make the customer satisfied. I believe him because Tommy acknowledged the problem and said he'll monitor the situation do it wouldn't happen again. Thank you McDonald's for such a good manager!

We love the new touch screen ordering menus! Reasonable time for waiting, the place was very clean. Food was fresh. Excellent friendly cashiers and servers.

We always put in a large mobile order and they always get it done quickly and correctly- sorry for our excessive chicken nugget demands McD's West Side 😬 they're always hot, fresh and yummy! We appreciate your hard work!

I stopped here in a semi after the dining room was closed. The shift manager met me at the door and let me in to order my food. That meant the world to me seeing how I was on a route that had little to offer on places I could get a semi in. Is NOT meant for a semi. Parking lot was empty so I was able to get it in and out no problem.

Very awesome workers! Was a bit chaotic yesterday, with a lot of customers and even a group of annoying boys complaining about how long it takes, but overall the mood of the place was really awesome! Awesome food and awesome workers.

Cashiers came out into the dining room, asked me what i wanted to eat. I told them, they rang it up on the kiosk machine. They took my money, and gave me a number to put at my table. I got my drink and some ketchup for my fries, and some napkins, then sat down, in a couple minutes she brought my food, then came back with my receipt and my change. The food was hot and tasted good. A good trip to McDonalds.

I always come here for my "Weekly-Frappe" but sometimes, it doesn't always happen weekly but, every time I order it, the price is the same, but the way its made is different yet so good!! I did miss the chocolate chip one though.....

Nice and fast service. Always go out of our way to go to this particular McDonalds. Thank you for the pleasure of a good fast food meal, which can be rare.

Mohogaanee was super great. Very friendly and helpful. Being an out of town person myself. I found this Mcdonald's was a wonderful experience. She is learning well and had great help.

They have remodeled and I like it. the food I had there this morning was very good. The man that waited on us was very helpful and very cheerful.

Me and my mom come to this drive thur every morning and the lady that's working at 7 am she is very nice and she is always smiling.... We love to see her face in the morning. ☺👍👍👍
