I came to them for a second opinion after Aspen Dental proved less than satisfactory.
What a GREAT difference!!
They were understanding, kind, put me at ease with them right away, showed and told me every step of what they were were doing and what to expect.
Then also followed through with what they said they would do.

They were very friendly and welcoming. Lizzy and Dr.Madany was amazing with my 3 year old daughter and made her feel very comfortable and safe.

From the moment I check in at the front desk, where I am welcome and registered with a smiling receptionist, into the off with great welcoming words. I rate you a 10. Thanks gals, your the greatest.

Lizzy the dental hygienist was so awesome, she caused me no pain and was so very knowledgeable in her job. Great conversation, she’s so funny! Thank you Lizzy !

Everyone on this team is so kind. I had an AMAZING hygienist who made me very comfortable during my appointment. She was gentle and explained what she was doing. Dr. Madany is so knowledgeable and makes sure you understand everything regarding your treatment plan. 10/10 recommend this dental office.

Great staff! They made me feel so welcomed. They did an amazing job at getting me in right away to get my tooth removed. The dental hygienist’s are so friendly and Dr. Madany did an excellent job at removing my tooth painlessly and quickly. Highly recommend!!!

First time as a patient and I must say they exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional friendly and beautiful attitude. Lizzy omg just simple amazing. Very very knowledgeable professional and great conversations even while cleaning my teeth. Ok the dentist very handsome and laughed at my corny jokes. Overall this is my family, I relocated from Tennessee and to have this team to care for my dental needs is a plus. Thanks for accepting me as a new patient and making me feel at home.

Highly recommend. I was super nervous about going to the dentist after 3yrs of avoiding, but everyone from start to finish was absolutely wonderful ❤ They definitely make you feel super comfortable and heard. Everything is well explained so you understand what is going on before, during and after. I was so worried about it being painful but no pain at all! I literally cannot say enough good things about my visit ❤… & let’s be honest the doctor is quite nice to look at 🤩 lol Every one is Very professional & personable, such a great team of professionals/humans ❤

I sure miss Rebecca but Lizzie was a hoot and took great care of me. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. And as always, the ladies at the main desk were all smiles and 100% professional.

So happy with the care I received from Midwest today. Anita at the front desk was very welcoming and detailed, Lizzy (Hygienist I believe) was incredibly positive and understanding when it comes to fears of having dental work done. She genuinely made my 1 1/2 hour appointment the best visit I've ever had for Dentistry. Dr. Madany and Lizzy went through every x-ray with me and thoroughly explained the treatment plan for me and I couldn't be happier with the care from them, as well as the affordable treatment plan established for me!

My experience was good. Why? From the front desk to the Dr's chair my experience was noteworthy. My appointment was to have two fillings filled. Everyone was professional and friendly. The Dentist was very conscientous of needle pain and didn't rush the novacain. I considered him to be an excellent Dr and leader.

I have had the same dental hygienist (Deb) for years. She is the best! Everyone there is very nice and friendly.

I was so anxious about going because I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years. Everyone was so nice! The hygienist really calmed me down and explained everything to me very well. The doctor was also nice. I feel so much better about my teeth and look forward to coming again in 6 months.

Made appointment for a family of four. Great experience! We surly have found our forever dentist. Thank you to Dr. and extremely friendly staff. They were amazing!!

Been coming here since 2019. Experienced staff. Short or no wait, have same dental tech each time, all staff friendly, always send appointment reminders, never leave in pain or hurting from cleaning, doctor is quick to see you once cleaning is finished, always give free samples and good suggestions/advice for maintaining/improving healthy teeth, in and out in 45 min or less. I live in Lafayette, IN and I choose to come here.

The dentist and DA is great. As someone with severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist the office makes me feel at ease. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I always love the staff at Advanced Smile Arts! I have been going to them since I was young, and they never fail to greet me by first name!
The dental hygienists are sweet! They are there to answer any dental cosmetic questions I have. The Doctor is sweet as well! They have their stuff together! Always a respectful environment.

Loved the old staff. Was worried I wouldn't like all the new changes in staff but they were wonderful! They let me change my appointment date at the last minute and the new dentist fixed a cosmetic issue with a tooth the same day as my cleaning. Very impressed. Excellent care!

Nice friendly place. Doctor and staff make going to the dentist fun! (Kinda sorta; at least painless). My hygienist, Lizzy, loves Cadbury cream eggs! See you in September.
