Wonderful facility. Was able to rent a unit very easily online. The facility was well taken care of and clean.

I got excellent customer service from the start. I was looking to move my stuff from a different facility that was not climate controlled and was expecting rent to be more than what I was already paying but was very pleased with the fact that I was not going to have to pay more for the same size unit in a climate controlled facility. Everything meets and exceeds my needs and expectations. The employees working here also have been absolutely wonderful and helpful and patient in answering any and all questions and making sure my experience getting setup and moved in a pleasant smooth transition for me.

I cannot say enough for the safe and security and the excellent customer service DIY shown me, I would easily use these companies again if I need to store my belongings again. The prices for storage lockers here were hard to beat. My belongings was safer than a mother bear protecting her cubs. If you want to store your belongings at a place where they will one safe and secure, two easily accessible, three reasonable prices for storage lockers of all sizes, four outstanding customer service than please go to DIY Storage, you will not be disappointed. I promise.

Really enjoyed this place. It was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. The lady who helped us, Missy, was amazing. She was able to answer all my questions and was very professional yet caring. The prices are alot better than I expected as well. Highly recommend anyone checking this place out and asking for Missy.

Ryan is amazing!! Super helpful and knowledgeable! Extra Space Storage is an excellent place to store anything and everything. They have climate control and security features. Make sure to stop by the office on your way in to say Hi to Ryan and let him know how much he is appreciated. He's an all around great guy!!!

I love having an indoor/climate controlled storage facility in the area!!! And this one is great!!! Ryan & Michelle are very friendly and helpful with any questions. Lots of space and very clean. Prices are very reasonable for the wonderful accommodations. Keep up the good work!!!

Michelle was very helpful getting me set up with my storage unit. She was very friendly and able to answer all of the questions I had. It was a very straightforward process and I’m glad I chose them for my storage needs.

Employee was very helpful and polite. Was able to answer any questions, and did it in a way that made us feel very appreciated. Facility was exceptionally clean and VERY reasonably priced. Would strongly recommend using this facility.

The best units in Vermilion county with incredibly reasonable rates. It’s spotless, climate controlled, and the staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. If you’re looking for units in the area this is, without question, the best choice!
