Very pleasant experience with a delivery over here, arrived day early and second shift unloaded my trailer. Truck stop of some 40 parking spots just nearby like 200 yards, free overnight parking, very pleasant receiving lady. Absolutely recommended to do the business with this place…..

Easy place to find , I arrived 2 hours early . Had to go to the truck stop half mile before this stop and wait 90 minutes before returning. People are friendly
You are assigned a door . Must drop you trailer pull truck away

OTR truck load delivery review.
Facility is open 24 hours.
Receiver gate opens at 0800 central time.
Room at front gate for 5 or 6 trucks before 0800.
Must have an appointment number.
....not just an appointment time!
Regular truck load deliveries start at 0800.
Cross dock deliveries start at 1500.
Truckloads can get here a couple of hours early, but there's you a 50/50 chance you'll be turned away if they are too busy.
Driver's entrance is next to dock 1.
Tandems back.
Put trailer in assigned dock.
Unhook and pull away a foot or so.
Take paperwork to man door/driver entrance.
Give them you phone number.
They call you when your unload is complete, and paperwork is ready to pick up.
Restrom and vending machines in Driver's entrance room.
Friendy helpful people.

I'll deliver here anytime! You check in. Drop your trailer at your assigned door. And by the time you park your bobtail, you are empty ! The check in takes longer than the unloading process. Great place. Totally professional.

I got here on a Sunday at 7:30 am and my appointment was at 10:30 am they gave me a door right away and they were done 2 hrs later. I was the only driver there.

strict appointments only takes three trucks at a time trucks stop around the corner. Seems to be paid for parking

Easy in and easy out, they don't open the gate to receiving until 0800 BUT there's a truck stop literally across the street, the picture I'm attaching is me at that truck stop you can see the the AutoZone DC from that truck stop and it's huge truck stop, probably fit 100-150 trucks here, it's a dirt lot with craters not potholes but craters so don't go rippin and turning through here lol Appointment was at 0930 and I was out by 1030. E z process

Super fast if not busy! You can show up early but a hit or miss if you will be turned around based on the truck traffic. In and out in 15 minutes! Truck stop on the corner of facility if you need to stage until appointment time if turned around. People are nice as well!

My appointment was at 0400 got there at 0330. They were at lunch break. gave me a door and I was gone by 0445. It took more time to dolly down and take paperwork in than it took them to unload. Security and receiving office was very nice. I really like going to places like this. Thank you 😊 auto zone.

We had arrived at 7:15 am and our appointment was for 8:00 am. Had to wait at the gate until there was an open dock for unloading. Once we were docked, had to disconnect and the check in at the office. Once the red light turned green we were able to reconnect and leave.

Make sure you come by appointment time they won’t take you earlier and will make you wait outside the gate. Once you get a door they’re pretty fast. Whole process took about 1.5 hours for 10 pallets. Awesome security working in the morning. Thanks!

Very nice. Both at guard shack and at the shipping receiving office very pet friendly just watch out for the geese very large area to back especial for long nose trucks. There is a truck stop bout .03 of a mile with a cat scale lot is gravel with some holes it so take it slow

Waited at gate like 1 hour but after checked in they will call you when done unloading, unloading process took less than an hour

Check in at security gate. They have bolt cutters for your seal. They'll assign you a door. Drop trailer bobtail to door 1 give them your paperwork and you are good to go. They will call you after unloaded to get paperwork and hook-up.

Big ups to Josh at security... very helpful, professional and courteous, could give a class on how to treat drivers.

This place was quick to get you in and out. Lots of room to maneuver around. The employees here were very nice and professional. There's no overnight parking here but four truck stops nearby. I would love to come back again!
