Carstar Sterling Auto Body is the best! I had running boards installed on my Toyota Venza, and they did a fantastic job! I was kept informed of all phases of work from ordering, installation to completion. The detailing job after installation was STELLAR! Bill, Doug and the entire team are amazing to work with! This is the second time using Carstar Sterling and we'll return!

This is the place I go any time I need work done on the body of my car. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They explain everything to you and provide information along the way. They use quality materials and the. They clean your car when they’re done. Great job always.

Needed some body work done after my husband hit a deer and destroyed our whole front end. Our initial estimate for us to get our car in was for the beginning of April but they were able to get us in sooner. The service took a little over 2 weeks including ordering all the parts. Was so happy to get my car back early and they did an amazing job!! I had plans on picking my car up and taking it to get washed and detailed and they also took care of that as well. I would Highly recommend. Bill and his team are amazing!!

The customer service was impeccable. You can tell they value their customers. The work they did on my Nissan was top notch, kept me informed on what stage my vehicle was at during repair. Just outstanding service. My vehicle was done a day ahead of schedule and when I picked up my car, they had detailed it and it looked brand New! How i was handled as a customer from scheduling my car for repair to the time i picked up my vehicle was like flying first class! I will never go anywhere else. Now I hope I never have to use them for a collision in the future, I will definitely keep using their detailing services!

I had a great experience with CARSTAR! I had a minor rear end accident. They got me scheduled for a consultation ASAP and gave me a timeline of when my car would be fixed. I had to wait a few months for parts and such but they got got my car fixed in 2 days, plus I was able to leave my rental there when I picked up my car. Every interaction I had was lovely. I was asked multiple times if I was okay after my accident and I really appreciated it. Hopefully I don’t have a reason to go back but I will definitely recommend them!

They made everything easy as possible, taking care of every detail and keeping me informed all along the way. The Front Desk Coordinator is personable and efficient. My truck is back and looking good!
