After eating lunch at the Royal Buffet we drove to the Vermilion County Park Lake.
The weather was perfect and Lake View, was Incredible! What a hidden treasure to view! Absolutely, beautiful...I wish that I would have brought along my art supplies...inspires me to paint!

It's a nice place to visit. I recently bought a boat that I don't know how to dock but people were willing to help and give me tips. The staff there are very friendly, helpful, and patient. There are restrooms by the boat dock which is a real convenience for me. Wish I could bring my boat out myself but it's too big to handle alone. But I am looking to boat and fish with friends and family.

Nice clean park. Been going there for over 30 years. Boat ramp is pretty easy to get into.

This place is amazing! Just watching boats on the water, fishing, anything in general, very relaxing with a beautiful view.

Been coming here for years to fish and relax. Its one of the few places you can go in Danville and forget that you're in such a terrible city and state.

Gorgeous in the summer and waddling on the pier is great fun. There is a wee shop at the lake and the staff are very pleasant

Went today for 6 hours caught 2 fish over 3lbs and 1 over 4lbs 7 fish total very good day on the water
