Penn Station East Coast Subs

This is my first time having Penn station. It was fantastic. The customer service was impeccable. The quality of bread and meets and cheeses was more than I had expected. All in all I have to say if you get a chance to go to Penn station go to the one in Danville because they are fantastic.

Had a bogo offer that she let me know was better than the monthly special which I didn't know so that was greatly appreciated! Food is always top notch and so is the service. Glad they are in Danville!

I really enjoy Penn Station, and this location is no exception. Excellent food and service!

One of the staff members (Jacob I believe was his name) went above and beyond to makes sure I got my food and it was well made while I was stressed and my infant was crying. He was patient, kind, empathetic, and made sure the order was right and brought it outside to me so my crying baby didn't have a chance to bother others.

Penn Station has its own reputation for the best subs on the planet. And it's true. Given that, the staff here was Penn Station quality.

The store was impeccably clean.

The time from ordering to watching my Italian roll thru that grill thingy, yummy. Fresh fries - omg, fresh sub, I'm taking one back to Texas.

Came in to order lunch. Internet went down in multiple businesses nearby and the store couldn't take a credit card. Had no cash on hand and the manager comped the meal even though the situation was not their fault at all. Really kind gesture. Food was well prepared and tasty. I'll be back.

Ordered a Philly & Club Sandwich w/fries & 2 drinks.
Price is a little overwhelming but worth it.
#1 unlike other sub chains these sandwiches had MEAT on them, & that’s what we tasted....Not just bread.
#2 fries are good although portion size is a little misleading.
Overall my wife & I were very happy.
We ordered online & picked up to take home.
Service was friendly & inviting.

Great sandwich and fries as usual but the standout was that every single person working was so friendly and welcoming! Really wonderful service!

These are the best hot sub sandwiches that you can find from here to Indy. Not a sub person? That's fine: their fresh cut fries are nothing short of heavenly. Literally they have a basket of raw potatoes not sliced until they yell my "small fresh cut!" From one end to the other; then hearing the "thank you, small!" From the other end preps the salivary glands of anyone who knows what they are about to be served. If you land there on a lucky day they may even serve you a free sample cookie, but take it from me - it's worth buying even if not! I can't say anything negative about this place; they're just amazing - and they know it, so expect to pay accordingly. It may be a good thing though because I would be a much less healthy person if I could to eat here more often.

Lastly, it should be noted that you should expect a wait if arrive during 1st shift office lunch hours due to the neighboring businesses. Outside of about 11 to 1 you'll have your food in no time.

I'd eat here every day if I could! This is the best sub shop around this area. The prices are a little bit higher than the other sandwich places, but you get what you pay for. It's worth the extra $$!
My favorite grilled sub here is The Italian. It's incredibly delicious, along with the fresh cut fries and the fresh squeezed lemonade. The staff is always friendly and they are quite efficient at their job. As long as you are not ordering during lunch hour rush, you will have your food in no time.
Whether you choose to dine inside, or opt for take-out, you will not be disappointed.

Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The staff is polite and professional. Everything is just so consistent here. I love the Italian. I won’t get anything else anymore. BEST fries in town, too.

Their sandwiches and fresh cut fries are one of the best in the area. They're a little on the expensive side, but they do give you a lot of food, so if you're able to share it's not so bad, or you can save your leftovers for another meal later.

I love this dynamic duo!! If you know you know! Moms the sweetest and the boss has the magic touch! Not to mention the personalized service! Oh and coupons galore.
