They were the only company I found that would deliver to where I was relocating from and to, also the customer service was super friendly and accommodating, Ms Connie treated me like a friend rather than a customer, and their pricing was just right for my needs. Super Service!!! This outfit is prompt, courteous and efficient. The delivered our box exactly (withing 2 minutes) of the time they stated. Connie was a delight to talk to, and the driver was professional and friendly. I would high recommend this company if you are needing a storage unit or moving. They are the best!

I cannot recommend this Mi-Box enough. I needed a storage solution for the contents of my small barn while some renovations were taking place, and Mi-Box was very professional and accommodating. The renovations were meant to only take one month, and in the end I needed the storage container for three months. Mi-Box was very understanding and there were no issues with keeping the box for as long as I needed.

Their price was also better than other local storage solutions (including their delivery and pickup all the way from Danville, IL to Lafayette, IN).

They were able to deliver the container onto my narrow driveway and were very careful doing so!

We used a Mi-Box recently when we did some garage renovation, and were very pleased with the service we received and the storage unit. It was spotless and perfect for our needs. Connie was great to work with, and if we ever need short term storage again, we will absolutely call them, as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Mi-Box of Central Illinois was great to work with. They delivered the box by putting it exactly where we asked them to. They were very accommodating when we needed the box for a few days longer. I worked with Connie who was very nice. If you have on-site storage needs, you wont regret giving Mi-Box a try!

I used Mi-Box for moving, as it was super convenient to take my time packing up my things. The pricing was more affordable than their national competitor. Connie was very responsive and friendly, and they were great to work with.

So convenient!! They bring a clean Mi-Box to your home(so cool to watch the drop off!), you fill it up, they store it in a clean, temperature controlled warehouse and when you want it they can bring it back to you or you can go to their warehouse to get your stuff! A win-win for me! They are super friendly, family owned, quick and local which I love!

Mi-Box was a great help one month for the St. James Food Pantry when we did not have enough room to store our shopping carts because others were using our space. We were able to load them into a clean box, conveniently located, and then have them returned when we needed them. When our plans changed at the last minute, the Carltons were very accommodating. The Carltons are great to work with and are willing to think "out of the box" to help you in any way they can!

The smartest decision we made before the crew arrived to paint & insulate our barn was renting a unit from Mi-Box of Central Illinois to store our barn contents in during that construction project. Unit was delivered at time promised and was like new. Personnel were courteous and professional throughout the period we used their storage box.

Could not be better! Nice friendly people with exceptionally great customer service. The rental price is very reasonable. We rented the storage box for months. It was clean and dry as can be. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company!
