As always, freaky fast, online order and drive thru pick up is amazing

I have to say every time I go in this restaurant they are very nice and sweet. My food be so fresh. They always greet me with a smile. Very good people.

To who ever has been making the sandwiches lately.....

They are phenomenal. The way you guys fold the fillings into the bread is perfect. The flavors are dispersed well, the sauce is great. Everything is so awesome. Thank you for being so kind and loving when you make these sandwiches... because we all can tell they are made with TLC.

Also the delivery person is so kind and timely. I am thankful to have a Jimmy's team like this in my town.

There were a couple of issues with the Napier location. The regional manager contacted me. Zach was wonderful. He listened and apologized. I wish there were more employees like Zach at the Napier Ave location. He is professional, kind and understanding. What a great representative for Jimmy John's to have.

Very disappointed in the new location no indoor dining only take out and drive through. I went to the old location often and enjoyed sitting down and eating my sandwich there now I go the the St. Joseph, MI store to enjoy indoor dining.

Always love Jimmy John’s. One thing that I wish was permanent on the menu are the wraps they had last summer. I absolutely loved the chicken Cesar wrap! Definitely would be ordering more if those were back!

This place never dissapoints. Always fast and the sandwhiches are so good. The crew is top notch nice as well.. love this place.

I got my 16 in sandwich, with my oatmeal cookie, with a very thick crunchy pickle. Yum!!

Oh my God my sandwich is fresh and delicious. The order taker I thought she said her name was Lashay but it is Brittany on the receipt anyway she was very nice and polite while taking my order. She also asked did I want a combo in which I did not know about. Good salesmanship. Keep up the good work and food.

Their service is particularly customer friendly and as advertised very fast. Only thing that could make it better is if their serving line was on the other side/had see through wall thingy so you could see your food being prepared. All in all high quality and highly recommended.

New location with drive-thru is very convenient. Friendly, fast service.
