The day I went was drive thru only due to short staffing but they did allow me in to use the restroom.
The lady that took my order was awesome. She sold me their last wagyu burger.
I did ask for no cheese. She told them 3 times no cheese, but cheese was on the burger 😕. But everything else was good and tasty

Very tasty as always. Fast and friendly as can be. Also still very clean from the looks of everything. I got the number 11 with a large shake and all is as advertised. Thanks for the good service.

It was really good. We were there pretty close to opening time and they were ready.

I got a Turkey sammich and it was soo good!! Arby's never disappoints!!

The sandwiches are delicious but I've purchased some curly fries and they weren't the best so my rating is for the beef n cheddar sandwich.

Food was well prepared and the staff was super nice (helps if you’re nice by they way) - in fact everyone we encountered in Benton Harbor and east of there where we stayed a few days were really nice down to earth people. It was also a more pleasantly diverse area we didn’t expect. Don’t let anyone tell you this is a “rough” part of Michigan. That’s just what racists say about areas where they are outnumbered by people of color. ✌

Awesome.. They were very nice and friendly and fast. It was Delicious....

All other restaurants in the area had limited items. This place was fast and had everything we asked for including milkshakes and turnovers. Got my bag of food and asked at the last minute for sauces and they they were already in the bag! They done read our minds!!!!

This may be fast food but the service is amazing I personally had a Reuben and it was delicious! There larges are really meant to be to there shakes are massive!

This is a new place, it was supper time and the line was very long. But I joined it any way. Was pleased that it kept moving right along and the pecan chicken salad was worth the wait. One thing, I got it in a wrap, and don't think I'll do that again. As a regular sandwich would be better. And of course you can't go wrong on cheese sticks. Another happy Arbys visit.

We went here on a very busy Saturday afternoon. I counted 30 people in the dining room and 10 more in line. we got our food in less than 5 minutes. It was hot and the order was correct. the young lady at cash register was confused about our coupon but another employee helped her right away. overall polite service, good food, clean restaurant - even the bathrooms. I think the complaints posted earlier were just because they were brand new and employees not familiar with the menu will struggle for a short time. give them a break. We will definitely return.

This is a new franchise. Our family has loved this chain for a long time, now we have one near us. :-) The owner/manager did a great job in hiring his initial staff. The service was warm, friendly, fast and accurate. The food was high quality and definitely up to the best of Arby's standards.

There is something wrong with the drivethru Speaker. When i speak into it to tbe server it Echos what Im saying and Everyone around can hear it. This is tge Benton Harbor store im talking about

Amazing customer service and fantastic food.
My order was quite large and the staff handled everything flawlessly, despite it being ridiculously busy.

Just opened a few weeks ago. Really nice to have Arby's in our town again. The food and service was good. However, it has a parking lot on a corner and separate drive ways. Really not motorcycle friendly parking as all spots run downhill.

I have to give management much credit at this location. The place is packed all the time....and very busy....but the staff is highly efficient....food is great and they ALWAYS get my order correct. So glad to have them back in the area and we appreciate the great service!

We visit this place often for lunch and as soon as we come in the Manager always goes drop crinkle fries lol. It is a laugh when ever we go and have lunch there. After our visit we ring their bell just to let them know that we appreciate them and their service.

Around 2:30 the line was so long I was almost on m-139. I wanted to try yuh out crispy fish sandwich. So I decided to wait before you take it of the menu. I was in line for maybe 10 to 15 minutes before I got you the window but you guys was really fast we really appreciate the service thank you so much.

My hubby and I went through the drive through late at night, and the staff was efficient, respectful, and awesome! I only wish we lived closer to this location. The food, as always, was great!
