Sid's Resort

Beautiful resort. No frills but full of little surprises! Clean and comfortable cabins. No air conditioning but we take our own fans and it's perfect! It's like a second home to me and we go several times each summer! By far my favorite east side destination. Love it

Directly on the beach. Very quiet. Cottages are spacious and clean. Beach is very clean. Great place to meet up with family members for a little get away. I would definitely go back. By the way Amanda are we going back this year? Watch out for the concrete on the cabins if you decide to wonder around in the dark. I sure didn't and it didn't feel real good.

Sids is great. Carol is so friendly and understanding. There's plenty to do if the weather isn't great. And the cabins are always so clean. They keep it up really well. We try and go every year.

Spent Labor day weekend 2019 here. First time for us but friends have been going there a while. Wonderful place to stay. Cabins are clean and owner is nice as can be. We had a little issue the first night there with a new water heater but the maintenance guy (Shaun, a true angel of a person and all around great guy) was there immediately to remedy the situation. Great location on Lake Huron..... No A/C but plenty of windows to open. Bring fans during warm months for sure. Basic Kitchen items provided. Pots and pans and dishware. Recommend bringing paper plates so you're not doing dishes. Linens provided on beds. Big Beach area, 2 bon fire pits, game room, a few playground areas for kids and not too far from Tawas If your looking to go shopping or dont wanna sit around the beach all day. HIGHLY recommend Sid's and we will be back for sure

Sid’s is a great little old school resort. It’s not fancy, but the beach is amazing. Carol is a great host. I love taking my family to Sid’s. Great value and a great time. I highly recommend Sid’s Resort.

Awesome great views of Lake Huron, and the cabin was a cool throw back to the log cabins I visited many times as a kid. Great atmosphere for friends and family .

I want to say a huge thank you to Carol and Staff for the beautiful, clean accommodations. My fiance and I stayed last weekend and it was just spectacular!!

Very peaceful, beautiful water 🌊💦 views, nice nostalgic cabins, electricity & furniture could be updated but an all around amazing time. 💙
