Monmouth General Store

A wonderful place that is evolving into something great. A newly recognized package store, they've made the store brighter and airy. They're friendly and welcoming. I love going there.

A cute little quick stop shop. They have snacks, drinks, food to order, and some random items that you may need on the go.

We moved out of Maine, but still make a trip to get some delicious salads and burgers when we make our bi-annual road trips. They have the best salads and pizza hands down!

Always greeted by the staff, prices are fair and the food is delicious. You will get your moneys worth for sure. The store has everything you need for one stop shopping and truly is worth the trip. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Such a sweet lovely lady that works here! She made me the most delicious and fresh veggie hummus wrap. I will definitely come here again for food and a smile! Thank you!

An honest-to-goodness real general store! Very good hot coffee, fresh baked (on the premises) goodies, all of what you'd expect to find in a "convenience" store and SO much more! Can't imagine Monmouth without them!

Excellent food, and plenty of anything you could possibly need! They have a great menu with lots of yummy choices, and have delicious daily specials as well as a nice little meat case with deli options. Plenty of cold beer as well as a decent soft drink selection and a dozen or so hot coffee options. Try the pizza!

Store is awesome! If you need most any food cooked or packaged, a beverage or gift wrap or maybe a hammer you will find it here! This is truly a one stop shop with great food and better service!

Awesome awesome place! This store has so much to look at and for reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious ( Try one of the Italians ). Would diffantly recommend stopping by.

Throughout staff changes over time, employees are always very friendly and accommodate my strange requests for additions to sandwiches... love having this place close by

Some say Damon's in Augusta but my favorite is a true Italian from Monmouth. One a year is not enough!
