Bare Foot Beach Resort

Excellent experience. I had stayed here once with the previous owners and would not go back. The new owners have made good improvements. Will definitely return. Great beach, view of Lake Huron. Cathy was great.

Our stay was impeccable not only due to the beautiful views and wonderful weather but also by the new owners of this resort. We’ve been coming here for well over a decade and while we were apprehensive when we heard the news, all our worries were washed away when we met the new owners. Their hospitality and assurance really made this summer extra special and we are so excited to keep coming back as they continue their new business. We are so fortunate this place was put into good hands and that our stay keeps getting better and better.

Lovely owners...Brand new owner Mike it was a blast.... and ahhhh Kat I miss ya already......Beautiful peaceful, clean, and spacious cabins. Great prices.... Love it there 💕 went there 20/years ago and came back with my now 14/12 year old daughters, they had a blast!!!! big beach......
Pet friendly. Clean bedding after each person whom stays... they wash all.

They do provide towels and wash cloths,
As being kind I clean the cabin clean and tidy .... just as it was beforehand...

Barefoot Beach Resort is a hidden gem located right on a beautiful beach. Cabins are clean and the host went out of his way to make sure my stay was memorable. I enjoyed walking out my front door onto the beach for my morning run. Unlike other areas, you can run/walk the shoreline for miles while watching an amazing sunrise. I’ll definitely be back!!!

Nice place, especially if you have a big group and can get a few cabins at the same time. The cabins are cozy and offer all that you would need. We spend most of our time outside though. The owners are really great too. Very attentive, but not over bearing. If there is something that your cabin needs all you really have to do us ask. The beach is clean and has a playset for kids. We've been going here for a few years and never personally had any issues.

This is our sixth year vacationing here. By far the most beautiful beach on all of Lake Huron. We love the owners, Bill and Sandy, and they are by far the best host & hostess. We had a small problem with the shower and Bill came right over and fixed it.
For the guy who got charged the $150 for smoking, just admit it because you definitely smoked inside! Bill and Sandy would never charge anyone $150 for the heck of it.

Very peaceful. Would have liked to have cabin #3 or #4. Maybe next time they'll give me a choice. My dog loved the beach & the water. He's a pup & had never seen something so big.

It's been a while for me I'm trying to get in soon, they sell out pretty quick so it wasn't available on my off time but I'm going to call and check if anyone cancels

Mike is the new owner amazing .... kat is amazing they are very clean and organized cabins with everything you need. IT'S quiet so peaceful. We just left yet again... missing it already......... WILLIAMS FAMILY

We've been coming here for well over a decade and even with new management the experience is only getting better. Really grateful we can keep coming back and getting a week to see the postcard views.

I Couldn't ask for a better living situation. Coming from Texas not only was it an upgrade from my apt it is also 15 minutes away from work. Yaya!
