I wanted to get on here and leave a review for this place! The security is great, the storage unit I use is inside and the unit is clean, dry, in great shape and so is the entire facility and parking lot. No issues with ANY damage, rodents etc. The customer service is by far the best I’ve ever received! Dee has been nothing but amazing and accommodating and it’s very very clear she puts her customers first! For a storage unit, I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you Dee for all you do! This company is very lucky to have you!

Great customer service, always been very professional and polite and fixed any issues immediately. Quality units and the property is kept clean and secure with fair prices offered. Would highly recommend after having 2 units here and been a customer for over a year now!

This is a good storage facility, I had a unit for about 6 years here. The people in the office are always nice and the place is clean and looks good. I only just switched facilities because I moved away. I had nothing but a good experience here.

Tanya is the best! She was able to get us all moved in and and quickly too. If you need storage options and need a place to trust; this is your place.

The manager was extremely accommodating to my special circumstances when It came time to move out. I really appreciate their attitude and the quick response to emails. The only reason I am moving out is because I personally moved 5 hours away, otherwise they would have my business until the day I died.

Nice Folks. Rented to me right away. My situation changed, they were understanding. Refunded me the next day including the non- refundable $$'s even though I said " please keep it for your trouble and helping me". Coded gate, felt secure there.

Great customer service,the lady was very helpful as I rented online but the website wouldn't let me finish my information. She straightened everything out for me and gave me a gate code.

Its a metal box, its Dry and Secure enough said. What makes this location special is the staff. Tanya and (Louise Wed & Thurs) make it soo easy and they both are great people. Tanya lives onsite 24-7 and knows everything and everyone going in and out of this facility. This is far better than any alarm or drive buy security. For those worried about flooding this place was high and dry during the floods of 2021.

Hint for everyone; Tanya loves a bag of candy for her desk.
