Cressy & Everett Rentals

I had a great experience with Cressy & Everett rentals . They were friendly, professional and nice. I got my deposit back faster than expected. My move in was fast and they helped me move into a bigger place with no problem. I would rent from them again and I recommend them to anyone .

Best service ever. As someone who lives in Canada and rents property in Michigan, I’ve had to get rid of another property manager who was “too busy.” I’ve always found Claudia and her team to go above and beyond for service, super friendly to work with, very professional. Really makes owning a long distance rental property as easy as possible.

I lived in a property that Cressy & Everett Rentals managed and I had a wonderful experience! The move in and move out process was amazing along with everything in between. Highly recommend!

Very unethical and corrupt practices being used.
They allow you to pay and place a application fee on property's that they already have tenants for. Growing up in the Michiana area this has always been a company name I knew and thought I could trust. Knowing know how they conduct their day to day business shows why they're still in business. Corrupt money hungry business who thrives on screwing over customers and sweeping them under the rug.
I'd say at least they are friendly but that's not the case eaither, terribly customer service on all fronts.
I am discouraged that this company has sensitive information of mine as I have never been more frustrated with a local company I thought I could trust.

As far as my fiancé and I are concerned, these people are nothing but liars and thieves. We applied 2 weeks ago, and they have yet to tell us anything. They aren’t very responsive to emails and the chances of anyone answering the phone is slim to none. Guaranteed 99.9% chance you won’t talk to anyone live. They’re supposed to let you know in 2-3 days, but it’s been 2 weeks? If you do get through to anyone, no one knows anything about anything other than you have to talk to Emily. If we can’t get answers and they already took our money that makes them thieves. Really tired of the run around. Completely unprofessional!

I wouldn’t rent from them. They act like the dump you rented is suddenly made of gold once you move out. Any way to screw you out if your deposit. They also don’t fix things properly while you’re in a rental. Slum lords to say the least.

They seem to post listings on Hot Pads, Zillow etc. but then do not respond to inquiries. I have sent multiple follow up emails directly to them also. No replies.
