I don't usually write reviews, but I spoke with someone named Mat over the phone about reclining chairs and he was very informative and helpful. My customer service experience went great and he answered my questions professionally. Great job!

Had made a purchase of a mattress a year or so ago… had an issue with it, and Sean took amazing care of us and helped us resolve the problem. Was very professional and helpful thru the process and only wanted us happy. Would definitely recommend Comfort Center in Alanson. A small town business with people who care!

We recently visited Comfort Center Alanson as we were considering a new couch but hadn’t yet made the decision to pull that trigger. The sales person was fantastic, and even though we did not elect to make a purchase that day, he gifted our daughter a small Serta sheep.

This sheep goes everywhere. Quickly becoming her favorite toy, we now listen to Serta Sheep commercials on repeat. The number one request for her Christmas gift is a Serta Perfect Sleeper. Did you know it solves five common sleep problems?

We can no longer go a day without a demand to visit a furniture store. She’ll spend hours (if allowed) testing all of the Serta mattresses and advising everyone to “feel that comfort!”
Inevitably, this is what once again lead us to the Comfort Center’s door.

While Miss Bo Peep wrangled Serta sheep and tested every mattress in the building, my husband and I were able to select a new Best loveseat (with many interruptions and demands for us to test out the Serta mattresses).

Delivery was scheduled for the following weekend. The guys making the delivery did a great job removing the old reclining sofa despite awkward conditions, and per my request prior to delivery, provided a second sheep.

As Christmas is coming, I see an uptick in the demands to visit furniture stores imminently in my future. I’m advised on a daily basis by Bo Peep that she requires a new Serta Mattresses so she’ll “Never have to count sheep again”.

Amazing!! The professionalism and knowledge of product changed my life.

Purchased a mattress set, sofa and love seat.

I have suffered from back pain for the last 8 months and was looking for solutions. Sean and Mat listened to what was going on and fitted me a bed that has in three days time, alleviated my pain!!

Their knowledge of product was impressive, and I was confident in selecting my living room sofa and love seat. Domestic made!! Hands down the best quality and so comfy.

They deliver!! Steve, was very professional and efficient with my delivery.

The service provided and products to purchase will outfit my house for now on.

I have been very please with my experiences at Comfort Center in Alanson Mi. Sean is very helpful, personable and comfortable to work with. He’s knowledgeable and professional. Matt also took very good care of me/us with all our questions and visits there. Neither one is pushy so they give salespeople a good name!!! Delivery guys were within scheduled time and also very professional. Very pleased!!

Before you think of shopping at a big box store please read this review and the others - if you want fair prices AND amazing customer service then this is the place to shop!!!
Sean and his entire team at the Comfort Center are hands down amazing. We had a weird issue with something we ordered and Sean provided a level of customer service that blew us away! I am not kidding the level of care for our issue was something I have never experienced before. When we are in the market for new home furnishings I will always reach out to Sean before trying any other stores. I can with full confidence say that had we made our purchase through a big box store we would not have gotten our issue resolved.

What an absolute gem!! From the minute we walked in this store we were so impressed with Sean and Matt. They both were extremely helpful and courteous. We originally were looking for a couch and ended up with 3 rooms of furniture. The service, quality, and prices cannot be matched. I have already recommended this store to our friends and family.

We were looking on line for a California king adjustable bed. The prices for a "Name Brand" was $5 000 to $6 000. We stopped in to a beautiful show room in Alanson at The Comfort Center just to look. We left after ordering a new bed, fully adjustable, pillow top, firm and hood advise from the young man who sold us on the bed. Any stain voids a beds warranty, so bed covers for both sides. We found a few more bits of furniture there and plan to go back.

Local FAMILY owned business with great service and amazing products that they stand by. Selection is huge on all furniture for your home. Give them a shot and they'll make you glad you did!!
