Michael was very quick to get back to me in response to my inquiry and was very accommodating in setting up an appointment. Good selection of mattresses, and I'm happy with my selection. He even delivered the same day of my purchase ... Very professional ... good experience.

This place is the Cats meow. They take the time with you one on one. They don’t rush you and let you take as long as you need to decide and checkout all the beds. I give it a perfect 10/10. I will always buy Ned’s from the company. Worth the drive, Awesome quality and such a great man to talk too. If you want to buy from the best, this is where you need to go.

Good experience. Friendly personnel. A bit uninformative but questions and concerns were taken care of promptly when brought to sellers attention. I would suggest educating the client/purchaser more clearly regarding the finance option but all in all, I would recommend to friends and family.

Jason was amazing got what we needed for a great price and he had us in and out in no time. He even helped us load it. I was in a crunch for family coming in from out of state and he really helped us out.

Sales man Jason was very personalable and grate the bed is wonderful I did have an issue with the delivery but come to find out that person is no longer there and when the boss found out he was more then helpful fixing the issue. Very pleased, nice guys they do a wonderful job, to give you a smooth and good experience.

I slept so good last night on my new mattress they are very helpful an friendly I don't recommend this place for anybody looking for a new mattress

Phone call with voicemail, husband made call, i text. Extremely unresponsive for a business. Can say all he wants with his stores in Maine he has 95% positive reviews. Not even stores, building in Auburn has for lease signs on the windows. If i was selling i would be keeping it open for people to look at the items and offering customer service. Wont waste any additional time on him.

Lies on bed prices make sure you look up beds before you buy. stains on most beds...sad sad man
