This store is an example of how customer service is provided. Asked one store assistant for help and she was amazing. Engaged with two other store employees who were sharing thoughts and details on different styles of clothes. Management and team were in point!

Best costume service ever.
I went there today to get a pair of brown leggings. The lady who was assisting was so wonderful. She greeted me with a smile and made me so comfortable. I wish I remembered her name. But I just wanted to say thank you for your help.

The employees at this store are incredible. As a plus size girl I have been avoiding buying jeans, especially at the mall. The girls who helped me made me feel so comfortable! They went out of to find jeans my size and style. I’m so happy!

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Billie and Carrington were at Aerie! They spent literally hours with me and my girls over the course of two days helping us find clothes for our vacation. They brought options into the fitting room, pulled sizes for us. Hyped me up and gave me so much confidence to try new things! We had them running all around Aerie and American Eagle and they genuinely seemed to enjoy helping us. I felt like I had a personal stylist. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. This store is awesome!

Came here looking for a bra and the staff was very helpful and kind!

I had two young ladies help me out and they were both so sweet and extremely helpful! I already had some jeans sitting in my cart on the app and I was on a mission to find them. Within minutes these ladies helped me and found both pairs. Appreciate you both! You both had beautiful smiles and it made it easy to talk to you. Thank you both!

Service was great! Multiple employees helped me out. Asked me if I had any questions, if I needed help with anything, if I was finding everything alright. They even handed me a bag to carry my stuff in when I shopped, AND went out of their way to find me a certain style of jeans in my size at the store, when it wasn’t in the stack with the other sizes. I don’t remember anyone’s names, but they were very helpful and kind.

I always love it here and I always get the help I need. Shoutout to Billie for helping me find the bra I've been wanting in the right size! I will always visit when I am in the mall. Since it is an outlet I can get the most comfortable bras/swimwear/Activewear for a really good price. I also want to shout out to all store employees for always keeping the stock organized as best as possible. Some other stores could be looking to them as an example 💕

Always clean and helpful service. Christmas-time makes this one of the more packed stores, but my kids still love the AE brand.

Wonderful service! Tiffany at aerie was super sweet and helpful. She made my 14y.o. feel very comfortable with bra shopping! I ended up spending way more than I intended since my daughter was comfortable. Without the great service we would have walked out of there empty handed.

The DM was in town during my shopping trip so I received A++ customer service. Everyone was friendly and my customer service sales woman took the time to help me find the perfect pair of jeans! A gentlemen also offered his personal opinion to help me decide on a proper fit. The saleman at the register kept friendly conversation and encouraged me to add a hoodie. Thank ya American Eagle!!!!

I had good service here even in the middle of such a big mall.

A girl there, Carrington I believe, helped me the whole time and even offered to grab similar clothes to the one I had picked out. She got a couple different pairs of pants for me and even helped me after I had gotten done trying my clothes on.

Brendan is a Phenomenal employee and deserves a raise!! 5 stars for the service he provided for me and my friends! I look forward to coming back just for his service 👍
