I give them five stars because of their attention to detail excellent sales, great service, friendly atmosphere, no pressure whatsoever. I just want to thank Sam my salesman Derek and don for all the help getting me my Kawasaki ninja 400 KRT delivered safely and inspecting everything upon delivery. Thanks guys would definitely recommend family and friends. I know I had a lot of questions going into this sale trying to decide which bike I should get and these guys kept their cool, which is a big deal in sales. Trust me I’ve done it myself.
Again, thanks guys for dealing with me as it was a hard decision for me to make. I had to add I had a little issue with my new bike under warranty and the service department offered to pick up my bike right away . I was very surprised compared to a lot of other dealers. Here it just don’t stop with a sale Thay want to make sure the customer is taking care of!!! Will definitely buy again and use them for service as well as gear and parts. Thanks again. Was in the market for a new snow blower and Tom answered my call. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Upon arriving to check out the unit, he was even more helpful and very friendly. He helped me out in multiple ways and I'm very grateful to have had the pleasure to work with him and this shop. They were very accommodating and Nelson's will now always be my go-to store for similar purchases. Thank you!

I can honestly say Nelsons Speed Shop is the only place I would recommend if you are looking for a new motorcycle, or anything powersport related for that matter. They had the exact bike I was looking for and the price was not padded with a bunch of up charges!! I found my bike at a few other places and the price was $1000-$2000 more. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying anything. Bob LaBeau was my salesman and was a true professional. He was honest, efficient and had answers to every question I had. I drove 65 miles to get to Nelson’s and I would gladly do it again!!

Danny was great to work with, from our initial conversation he went above and beyond to find what we needed. Paperwork and sale was very smooth with Don. Drove all the way from Battle Creek and will make the drive again if we ever need anything for outdoors.

Everyone here is top notch. Everyone was very welcoming. The service manager and the tech that worked on my Slingshot were extremely accommodating and provided me with a ton of useful information. If you’re in the general area I would highly recommend them for all of your Motorsports needs.

Attended the 33rd Annual Snomotion event today with my family and had a great time. There were non-stop races and lots of cool ATVs, quads, snowmobiles, boats, etc to look at and purchase at special event pricing. Will definitely go again next year!!

Bought a sled here....easy process the whole way through. My mom found out I was buying it, and called down to have the track studded for my birthday as a surprise, and they got that and the tunnel protection done super fast. I was surprised and confused (in a good way) when my new sled had studs. Lol. All these guys here are cool, my salesman was Sam....real nice guy.

Sales guys were awesome. Don Lown was speedy yet sufficient. Such a great inventory and the customer service is top notch, everyone was super nice and my husband loves his dirt bike. We went all over Michigan looking for the right bike and deal and we know we made a the best choice with Nelson's Speed Shop. This is where we'll continue to get all of our recreational vehicles from.

Huge selection of ATVs, UTVs and many other power equipment. Very nice showroom and currently 8/2023 have a new building under construction. Service and parts departments also. Helpful and friendly customer service.

I had a great experience with Nelson's Speed Shop! My old sled broke down and I had a trip coming up the following weekend - within two days I had a brand new Ski-Doo delivered across the state to my door, in an enclosed trailer. They even made a trip out the next day just to get me extra fluids, spark plugs, and a spare belt right before I left for the trip. Bob Hoose and the team over at Nelson's are great and I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them again!

As far as the sled goes, it is amazing compared to what I'm used to riding. It made for an excellent trip - if only we had more snow so I can finish breaking it in!

After multiple trips to Gina's Motor Sport service department and no results, we happen to be in Michigan with our slingshot and happen to be near Nelson's. They finally fixed the slingshot. They got our servicing business for now on. We will travel the 2 and a half hours for them to look at our slingshot. Best job, guys!!!!!

We had the best experience buying our ATV here. The staff made it super easy on us and they were so helpful! We will be back for our next toy.

I was interested in a 2022 Honda Rebel 1100 that I found at this dealer via Cycle Trader. Bob was my sales person and he was responsive to my inquiry about the bike's availability. I travelled to the dealer this last Saturday and decided to buy the bike. They were not able to finalize getting the bike ready that day, so Bob offered free delivery, which was great since I live about 90 minutes away and it was very cold that day. The bike was delivered yesterday and I can't wait to get it out on the road! Don is the finance manager there and he was wonderful to work with as well. They didn't give me any sales tactics to use different financing (I brought a check from my financial institution) and offered me a discount on the additional warranty. I would highly recommend going to Nelson's!

You can look without a salesman rushing out to great you, which is nice. However, trying to find a salesperson for questions is a little difficult. When you do find one they are very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

Best prices! Called all over Michigan. Same quad they sell for 4899 plus tax others wanted 6k plus. Dealer in Howell wanted 6900! What?!

I bought a Can Am Rally 900 and worked with Bob. He is phenomenal. Answered all questions and if he didn't know, he got someone (Jim) who did. I appreciated them going the extra mile. Thank you Bob and thank you Nelson's. It has been a pleasure. I recommend you and your business highly. My husband came back and bought a cycle. Again, Bob was our go to guy and again, Bob was great.
