Very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

If you have a student or students that ride the school bus, this is a good contact to have on your phone or your list of phone numbers at home should you ever need to contact dispatch in the transportation department. Staff is helpful, kind and act fast because they are busy dispatching calls and drivers at certain time frames during the day. Pretty organized Department and efficient with how all bus drivers are out and about doing their job in a timely manner every school day. Just keep in mind that if you ever call the dept. phone number and are put on hold, you need to be patient and wait your turn to be assisted :-)

Absolutely dysfunctional, I called because the bus was 40 minutes late and wanted to make sure that everything was okay. The first time I called I could hear people talking in the background and then they just hung up on me. The second time I called a lady answered and I told her my road and she just said "the bus is delayed it'll be there" and hung up the phone on me. I can understand a bus being late, but I don't deserve to be treated to this way.
