A nice quiet place to relax after a long day on the road. Rooms were clean, but a tad was tired, which was fine. Love that it's pet friendly. Would stay here again. 👍

Always a great place to stay. One problem. Left my glasses in room 315. Purple frames. We will be driving down on October 20th. Hopefully I can pick them up then.

Room was nice. Staff was polite & discreet. Environment was great.

I love this place. My wife and I go here when we want to have a hot tub for the weekend.

We have been staying there for over 4 years at least every two weeks for medical appointments. The new owners, Helen and Shawn are GREAT!! They treat us like family because we are there so often. My husband has a hard time with mobility and they make sure we have a lower floor and handicap shower. All they staff are so friendly and everything is so clean now!!

In town for an overnight trip. Not a lot of options in the area, so I took a chance. Extremely surprised. Very spacious room, very clean, the carpets were aged, but clean, very close to I-5 with several food options within 2 minute drive.

The bed was comfortable, Linens and bed cover were very clean, apparent that they were changed prior to my arrival.

Overall great experience. Definitely will stay here again if I need to come back.

The room was spacious and beautiful, the staff was great. Everything looked very clean and smelled nice. Our only disappointment was that the jacuzzi tub in our room did not hold water. It stayed draining no matter what we tried. Soaking in the tub was supposed to be the highlight for our trip, and the only reason we were willing to pay more for that room. I did mention it to the front desk staff, and they said they would have maintenance check it out, so hopefully it's fixed before the next person rents it.

Here for business, what a great place! My room had a king size, very comfy bed, a little kitchenette(no stove or oven) and a kitchen table, a desk and a nice bathroom with tub. Alarm clock had usb ports. And desk had lamp with usb port. Lamps had plug outlets and plenty of outlets in the Kitchen/Dining area. Very pleasent stay, quiet at night. Right next to the Mall and near Freeway that its great for road trips or just staying to explore! Service/Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious and welcoming. They are under new owner ship and undergoing Renovations(they do let you of this when you come in) and work didnt start in the morning until 9am, so no worries of being woken up to early if you like to sleep in.
I will be for sure telling the boss this is a keeper for our stays!

This is the best place to stay in Kelso and Longview. As far as hotels and motels go...I've stayed at them all

Surprised at how nice it is here. Great staff & a very nice room for the price. I did not feel like I over paid. Had a King bed large entrainment center with TV, microwave, lage refrigerator & coffee pot. Had a seating area separate from the bed by a half wall. This area had a small 2 person table, a 3 cushion couch with I hide away bed. The room had a very cozy feeling to it. I would definitely go back .

Rooms were clean, and there is obvious pride in the facility being clean and pleasant. The floors had some creaking due to age. But aged or damage had been repaired.

If your looking for a decent cheap place to stay you should stay here. I stayed in a king room with wet bar that had a sink, fridge, and some dishes such as plates, cups, and silverware for $89/ night. The hotel is by far not the fanciest and you can tell its better days are behind it but the staff is nice and the rooms are clean. If anything they could really use thicker blankets on the beds. Overall not bad for the price.

I'm a Longview/Kelso native but have since moved away, me and my wife came into town to get married and decided to stay in thr Guest house because of good reviews. The rooms were clean, and very roomy, the service was great. Only issue I had was it tended to have some less then desirable characters around it in the evening hours. Ultimately though I would recommend and I would make sure to keep anything of value out of site in your vehicle.

Rooms are incredibly clean! Very reasonably priced for what you are given; the king suite with a wet bar is a perfect room for a couple or just a spacious getaway for one. Theres also a small dining area next to the wet bar, and the bathroom is well stocked with towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. The redhead at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart, and I will definitely be returning. Highly reccomend this for your stay in LVK.

We have used, and enjoyed many a hotel/motels over the years, however, this visit to the GuestHouse was extraordinary! The first step into the lobby was great with a deep and sincere hello and during check-in, we could feel the desire to make us comfortable and appreciated.

Check-in was so simple, we were done in minutes, and on our way to a super clean, and comfy room.

The room greeted us with a clear, clean whisp of fresh air and a sense of complete cleanliness. Our minds were simply boggled by the orderliness and comfort as we explored the room.

We found everything so inviting. The linen was so crisp and the bed was, oh so, rightly firm, while the pillows were, again, oh so, rightly fluffy and contouring and the mini-kitchen on added a 'creamy' layer to the dreamy comfort we were experiencing.

While we were visiting during the 'virus,' and missed the breakfast period, we can only imagine that this would have made our stay even more spectacular.

The location was also quite convenient, being in a mall area, next door to a grocery store and a hope and skip to a department store, we had access to pretty much everything we wold need.

All-in-all, this has been the best stay we have had, anywhere in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, the Dakotas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, or Missouri.

This is a great experience for the price! We got a room for $99, and were very pleased. Comfortable bed, super quiet, fridge and microwave, good water pressure in the shower! We've stayed 4 times now, and the staff has been 5 star hotel quality every time. If you need a budget hotel, find these guys, they're a little hidden behind the mall. (8th visit..) Still a great little budget hotel, we've yet to be disappointed!

I did have a good experience there I took the room and they had the hot tub spa Even though the hot tub took a long time to fill up but it was okay it was worth it

I am female and often travel alone. A hotel that is affordable, safe, and clean is hard to find. This hotel was all of those things and more. Just FYI, the hotel is in the back of 3 Rivers mall behind Safeway. My GPS had me drive through the Safeway lot and around for some reason. I could not see the hotel until I was around the store. Stay on the road and go past the store to enter the parking lot instead. The lady who checked me in was friendly. The friendly housekeeping staff was working hard. There is a waterfall in the lobby. My room had a small kitchenette with a sink, dishes, microwave, and fridge. There was a dining table and a desk. Lots of cable TV stations and a bottle of water. I felt safe in the well-lit parking lot. There is someone on duty all night at the front desk. After 11:00 pm, the only door you can enter is the front door. Was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was so clean! Breakfast was good, staff was helpful & professional. The pool and work-out room were super... and, being able to do laundry was an added plus! We ordered disabled accommodations and they were mostly suitable....

We stayed one night at Guesthouse Kelso Longview while visiting Mount Rainier. It was one of the best guest house that I have stayed at such an affordable price. Better than some expensive hotels that I have stayed at. Clean, nice, and safe place. Great location, right next to Safeway! Will definitley go there again!
