I have had the best customer service at the Kelso Branch , Brianna did an outstanding job helping me with my concern and resolved my issue in the most respectful manner. She is courteous, knowledgeable and verified what she was able to provide for me today. They’re all great. I will only do my Fibre Federal banking at the Kelso Branch.

Kiana was amazing! During a difficult, and lengthy, meeting, she was kind, professional and offered wonderful insight and suggestions. I am so appreciative that Kiana was our point person today. She is exceptional!

I went in to the Kelso branch by DQ and Mary is always so friendly helpful and caring. So is Jade, Stevie and Dawn. Sad to hear Jade is leaving! They have the best since of humor to. Great team they have there! Thanks for the best service out there.

I’ve been a member of Fibre CU for almost my entire life and really so enjoy how easy everything has been to do business with them. Recently I spoke with Jade about moving some funds into something with a higher rate. Jade got me in touch with Stevie, from the Kelso branch, who went over a few options and eventually set me up with both a short and longer term CD. I really appreciated how Stevie didn’t seem bothered with my million questions and what ifs. I do have accounts at national banks, but as long as I continue to get great service like this, I will always do my bigger transactions here. Another great thing about FCU, they’ve never tried to get me to use the ATM when I’m in line trying to speak with a teller.

I’ve been banking with Fibre of South Kelso for around 4 years now as they are the closest to my home. I’ve been in all the other branches but South Kelso is by far my favorite. Everyone at the branch knows me and is extremely nice and professional to me, they all know me by name, which in my opinion means a lot now days. I conduct business with Gabino, Stevie, Mary, Dawn, Jade and have always been treated well while I was there. Sherrie is doing a wonderful job of creating a well rounded, professional, friendly and fun staff. Thank you guys for all that you do for me on a weekly basis, I could not ask for a better credit union. If I could give you 10 ⭐‘s I would, and thank you for putting up with my crazy hobby! 🪙

I’ve been banking with Fibre since 2010. They have always been kind, understanding of life’s ups and downs, and extremely helpful. As an example, Jade Chamberlain has provided me with amazing customer service on numerous occasions; she is fast to answer any questions/concerns, knowledgeable, and provides a sense of comfort in banking with Fibre.

I just recently switched over to the Kelso Branch due to a job relocation. So far so good! Quick drive thru service and friendly staff. Sherri was very helpful and thorough explaining to me all of my loan options.

Stevie Gartner was an amazing associate. She walked me through everything I needed to know. She went the extra mile in helping me and making sure all of my questions were answered.

Sherri is the best, most efficient branch manager by far! She has been able to help with any and all of my financial requests.

About a month ago I had an overdraft issue and I was able to have it refunded so I wouldn't be screwed over with my finances/bills, which was just amazing. They said it's a one time thing with overdraft fees so I'm thankful for the blonde lady who assisted me at this location on that day. Very professional and kind - soft spoken too. Then in the last week I had an issue with automatic/manual loan payments and I was able to get assistance first thing in my online account messages about 15 minutes before the branch even opened the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday, which is today the day I'm writing this review) so I just have to say big thank you to Jenifer for helping me with that. You are amazing. If you have the option to go to this Fibre over the other locations I highly recommend it! The ladies here are so kind every time I've ever came in or called with a question or concern. Thankful for this bank as my previous one down in Oregon was just terrible with customer service.

Stevie was super helpful and sweet. She took the time to explain the answer to every question I asked. She had a great attitude!
