Farmers Insurance Longview WA - Mark Kuning

Mark has been my trusted Insurance agent since 2003. He not only takes care of my car and home owner policies, he also handles my retirement and investment funds.
His staff is always very helpful with any questions or changes .
If I ever need to speak with Mark about major changes regarding my finances, he is always available for a "sit down and discuss" appointment. And very knowledgeable in the area of planning for future retirement.

We have our 2 vehicles, home and an umbrella policy through Farmers and Mark Kuning. He has always been knowledgeable about all the services we use and got us a great price on all our policies. We also had a 1986 Monte Carlo SS that he suggested another company might be cheaper to use as it was mostly a show car with very low miles driven.
We especially like that he is located in our city so we can stop by anytime if we need to ask him questions or make a claim. We are very happy having Mark be our insurance agent.

So far it's been a great experience with these guys but that being said I've since received a increase in my insurance policy for having no claims not sure why but hopefully that can get resolved soon before I go somewhere else

The young woman who helped me when I was there to pay my insurances was very nice. She was very patient and kind and in this day and age not many people are helpful or patient with others. I appreciated her help and kindness.
