Great vet hospital, always have taken care of my pup, Willy. I have brought her there for 7 years now. Dr. Anderson has a great team and will ensure they give your animals the best treatment possible! Thank you to the whole team for taking great care of my dog !

I would recommend Crosslake Vet to anyone. The staff there saved a family members dog twice. The staff is always friendly and patient and very very knowledgeable. They may not be the cheapest place in around (you get what you pay for). But the friendly staff that know their stuff and state of the art clean organized facility make it all worth it. The pet desk app is the icing on the cake. They always respond very quickly and have always been able to get me in if it's urgent. We had scare that our pets could have been exposed to a pet with an illness. Crosslake Vet staff got me in the same day to ease our concerns even they the earliest normal appointment was 2 days later. Reasons like that is why I would never go anywhere else.

Their top notch care was worth the drive from New Ulm for my family member who's pet they saved. We have fully vaccinated happy healthy dogs. With all the supplies they need to keep them flea and tick free for the next couple months. All done in one visit. Very quick and easy.

I recently had to call Dr. Anderson for after hour emergency care for my 2 labs who unbeknown to me, got into rat poisoning. Unfortunately, it was too late for our one dog, but Dr. Anderson was able to save our other dog. I was an emotional wreck during our phone calls and in person appointment, yet Dr. Anderson was very patient and caring with us throughout everything. Our surviving dog, Kip, stayed at the clinic overnight and Dr. Anderson promptly shared any update with us and thoroughly explained any questions I had. My belly was in knots the whole time that Kip was in the hospital, but I also felt certain that he was in the best hands possible. Since Kip was able to come home, we have received multiple text check-ins wanting to know how he is doing. Compared to veterinary care we have received other places; I feel like the staff at Crosslake Veterinary hospital truly cares and is dedicated to the end outcome of the pet. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Anderson and his team for all the care they provided to Kip to ensure the best possible outcome. Thank you again!

We have 2 Rottweilers that seem to always need something from the Vet. So you can bet we have experience with vets!

Had a medical emergency with our 14 month old lab while on a fishing trip 4 hours from home. Got a hold of Crosslake Saturday morning and they got us in right away! Dr. Sedivy did any amazing job diagnosing and taking care of my pup! Great facility and team! Caring and considerate group! Would definitely recommend!

I had called 5 clinics, and they were literally the only clinic within a 40 mile radius that would take my cat in, and it was an emergency! They were kind, knowledgeable, cared about me and my cat. They took very good care of him, and followed up with me often. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Thank you all for quickly assessing and treating our little Badger while on vacation. We also appreciated the continued follow-up communication to ensure he was in as little pain as possible with the ulcer on his eye. Based on our first visit we loved it. We have been to multiple vets trying to find a solution for our dog, this is the first vet that listened to us, actually tested what was on her skin and tried different medications than the same stuff that hasn’t been working that multiple other vets kept prescribing. So far we are extremely pleased and hope that continues so our dog can live her best life!! The vet was also extremely empathetic and caring and we are so grateful for that.

The vets at this clinic are very thorough and truly care for their furry patients. They make certain that owners are well informed and understand any instructions. Each time our dog has had a procedure, the staff always follows up the next day to see how he is doing and to answer any questions I may have had.

Our pug, Ruphus, met with Dr. Lien for various mast cell tumors. She did an excellent job at educating us about treatment options for him, along with answering all of our questions. She is wonderful at her job! We couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with all our positive interactions with Dr. Lien and all of the fantastic staff at Cross Lake. Thank you for all that you do!

My dog was throwing up for a day and 1/2 and was in pain. We are pet people and were up all night with our sick dog. I called ahead as it was Sunday. I was met at the door. They took Rose and preformed a full exam. After a brief consult with the other vets, they gave me the recommendation. All options good and bad. A brief stay where they kept an eye on her. That evening I was able to pick up a dog Already on the mend. Dr Caitlyn and her assistant cared...and that was obvious. I fully recommend this hospital. Professionalism, Reasonable rates, caring staff, why would you go anywhere else? Thanks a bunch!

Two big dogs and one growing puppy equals more than a few vet visits, and these folks are the best of the best—that includes the front desk staff, the vet techs, and all three docs. For everything—routine care and vaccinations, allergy treatments, hot spots, emergencies (once involving a too-large stick and a dislocated jaw)— I wouldn’t take my furry crew anywhere else…and the three doggos must agree, as they love their visits!

I trust my pet with this Vet hospital. They seem to care about my pet's quality of life. They follow up after the visit and promptly gave my bloodwork and urineanalysis results within a few days of the visit. They gave me a clear diagnosis and gave me a course of action. They take the time to allow me to voice my questions during the visit and after. The only thing I dislike is the price but since it is a Vet Hospital in a more rural area it is hard to know what the price should be so maybe it is typical. For transparency, in Jan 2024, it cost me $68 for a comprehensive exam and $201 for full blood work + urineanalysis (cat). They did offer a smaller bloodwork panel for a cheaper price if I needed it and they aren't pushy. Like I said not sure what the normal rate is across most vets but I still highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough positive things about the Crosslake Veterinary Hospital and how incredible they have been in caring for our two dogs. Everyone is so helpful on the phone and in person. The veterinarians are incredibly thorough with their examination and explain/educate on everything as they go along. I am very thankful for the entire team at Crosslake Vet Hospital.

The staff were amazing and kind. They helped our dog after being hit by a vehicle and were very open and up front about everything. I’ll never take my pets anywhere else!

All the staff are so friendly and willing to help. Dr. Sedivy goes above and beyond, personally calling to check on my dog's well being. Very genuine and compassionate.

Crosslake Vet it the all time best in the Brainerd Lakes Area in our opinion. Their staff is amazing. Their Vets are kind and responsive and very knowledgeable. We would not take our pet anywhere else.

We were up north at our lake place for the holiday week and had a very sick little kitty. They were able to get him in right away and were great at communicating with us the whole time. They got him feeling better and were able to enjoy our vacation with him feeling better and enjoying his first time “Up North” We can’t say enough about how much we appreciate everything and everyone they did to get our little boy feeling better!
