Melissa did a beautiful job creating an arrangement for my Nana's birthday last minute. I called from California and discussed design but gave her freedom to express with one request to use hydrangeas. I wasn't able to see in person by a family member picked up for me to deliver and sent me this picture. Just Beautiful! I can tell a lot of love and thought went into this arrangement and know my Nana will enjoy 🥰🥰🥰🤍

Received this beautiful arrangement of flowers with lovely pops of yellow for Easter. This is my first time having flowers from Simply Rustic Floral. The flowers are healthy and lively. I found a gem of a florist, right here in the Crosslake Town Square! I walked in just an hour before close & day before Mother’s Day, hoping to find something for my mom. Melissa greets me, and created a gorgeous, fresh cut, bouquet of long stem yellow roses! My mom loves them!!!

Absolutely gorgeous arrangements with top-notch customer service to boot! I live in Oregon and wanted something that wasn’t run of the mill for my best friend. This shop not only designed the arrangement over the phone and cell pics, but also offered to handle picking up some locally made chocolates from a trusted store when I asked whether they carried gift items. That’s called going the extra mile, and it sets them apart from “can I take your order” in my book.

They even confirmed delivery by text and called to check how to proceed when it wasn’t certain the residents were home.
