It's so very interesting that now there is now a documented process. I just had a very hostile interaction at 915am this am. I tried to keep things local but when a question of the process works. No explanation just call. I stood outside 10 minutes. In this time of stress, please be kind, reassuring, and patient. At this point impersonal service is much better than hostility. I was the customer that made an an explanation happen.
