Well run. Myself, my husband and son were always treated respectfully. Questions and concerns all answered knowledgeably. "Guard" staff are regularly given a very hard time by the youths in here, and they handle their difficult job well.

10/10 Nothing to do and AMAZING beds 😂 But staff are nice just try not to go back twice like I did!!!

The employer is there are very helpful and they do take care of the business for all of us thank you.

Am not impressed. Someone close to me was a victim, was told it was going to be handled one way, only to find out later it was done differently. When I went to find out what happened, was told my persons case was dropped (which I was never informed of! After they told me she would be protected!) And someone would contact me to inform me of what ended up happening and why it was handled the way it was. I was never contacted at all, again! And the the person who did the damage has tried getting in contact with us since he was released. Might as well not even turn crimes in. Will never put my loved ones through something like this again!
