Prasan Parmar DDS

After needing to switch from my usual dentist that I've had for my entire life I found Dr Parmar's office, and I am thankful I did! He along with his dental assistant Sarah were the definition of professional. They were each concerned about my level of pain when getting my cavities filled, and went over the process in depth beforehand. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but adept people like Dr Parmar and his staff made my anxiety melt away. I am happy to have found them.

This was our first visit for both my son’s regular cleanings (9) and (14). Friendly front desk staff and friendly assistant who cleaned both their teeth. She explained what she did and also gave us a referral for braces. My 9 year old said they were friendly and nice. We had a great first experience.

Office staff are super helpful with scheduling appointments. Very good customer service.

Excellent service

This office made a mistake with our insurance and thought a procedure would be covered. We called and verified with them twice that we would not be charged if we canceled the finalization of the procedure that would take place four days later. They have now charged us and will not return our phone calls.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with this dentist who rushed through 3 fillings as he rudely told my daughter to sit still and breathe through her nose after she repeatedly told him she was in extreme pain. By the time he had finished, she was crying, sweating, and shaking. I'm absolutely disgusted. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist who actually listens to your concerns and cares about his/her patients!

awful relation to patients. didn't even introduce himself or make any conversation before sticking his hands in my mouth rudely and abruptly. then sends me a letter saying I'm "dismissed as a patient" which is fine because I had no plans to return anyway (: good luck getting any patient-care relationship here. I should have listened to the bad reviews I had heard but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. big mistake !

I was very frustrated and upset when I left the office after my appointment. I felt rushed, and was treated and talked to like I was inconveniencing his day by being there. He wouldn’t really listen to my concerns, then seemed visually frustrated when I told him I didn’t like the way things looked/felt on my teeth that he did, and I wanted things corrected. The hygienists were super welcoming, but I’ll never be coming back.

VERY RUDE! Didnt introduce himself,hes got no compassion and awful rude! in my beliefes he needas to find another occupation! DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYBODY!!!! If had a choice would give a 0 star!!!

Phone calls not returned multiple times. (Time period was early spring 2023.)

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST HE NEEDS HIS LICENSE TAKEN AWAY.
