During a popular holiday weekend Mike Maske came to our lake home to complete an important project. We would have been understanding if it waited until the next week, but he knew how much it meant to us!

We have a small cabin by Merrifield. It's spring time, and time to open up the cabin. We turned on the water and immediately we were greeted a small tidal wave erupting from our burst pipe. (Behind the shower) We made the phone call to North Country Plumbing and Heating. They immediately called back and said that they could have someone there by 1:00 pm. Would that be soon enough? Matthew showed up and 45 minutes later we using water! At a very reasonable rate. It's really nice to have fast, affordable, polite service!

They did a great job diagnosing the issue with our old AC unit and Aaron did a fantastic job of getting us a new one quickly! Tech Jeremy was very thorough as well during installment. Very pleased and satisfied with the exceptional service we received.

We called on Thursday afternoon because we were having a leaking master bathroom toliet and they already came out today (Monday) and fixed the problem. Micheal even texted my husband to let us know he was on his way this morning. He was super nice and professional plus we have our toliet working again. We will definitely will be calling North Country Plumbing and Heating again. Thanks for the great service.

Our water heater was leaking. North Country arrived on time and repaired the leak promptly. The technician, Matt, was professional explaining everything as he went through the repair. When finished he told us about a program they have to inspect our furnace/air conditioner annually which would give us a discount on the just completed service. Great experience!

Matt and Jake from North Country Plumbing & Heating were wonderful to work with. They said they were sure they would be able to figure out the issue we were having with a sewer gas smell that had been coming and going at the office for quite some time. We had probably 4 different plumbing companies come over the last couple of years to see if they could figure it out, but they never could. Matt and Jake were persistent in their endeavors and prevailed! Thanks so much Matt and Jake for figuring it out!

We had an issue with our soft water conditioner that resulted in plugging up our water lines with small treatment, beads or resin. We called & explained the issue. The lady in the office was very compassionate and understanding. She said she would call the plumbers and see if they were some thing that they could fix. We were called back within 10 minutes, and the plumbers were here within an hour and a half. The plumbers completed their job very well and we had running water in less than an hour. the plumbers were very courteous, very kind and more often than not, humorous. Bottom line is they did excellent work, and we were treated very well. I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

We have used North Country twice this year. Once for a furnace issue and once for our water main leaking. Both times were exceptional service. I will use their services again in the future if needed. Thank you guys!

Matt L. helped us close up our cabin after North Country had installed new water heater, pressure tank, water lines. Great service, excellent work, genuinely nice people.

Mike was super helpful right from the first phone call! He took the time to come out and install our new water heater a day before thanksgiving when all other places were a week out at least. he was super efficient with his time and the price was so incredibly reasonable compared to other places around.

Matt and all the staff at North Country Plumbing did a great job recommending the right equipment and then replacing our leaking water heaters and old water softener with new water heaters and a water conditioning system and an iron filter. All rust and black mold are gone!

Moved to MN about three years ago. Very lucky to have found this company for all my HVAC needs. They have consistently been professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and on top of all that the folks have great personalities. We hired North Country Plumbing and Heating for our new build which included whole house plumbing, in-floor heat with boiler, mini split system, water heater and well hookup. It was nice to have one company handling both plumbing and HVAC. They went above and beyond to accomodate our scheduling, from the initial contact at ground work all the way to the end. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. All their technicians, office staff and owner were timely, polite and professional. We found their pricing to be fair and would definitely hire them again.

North Country Plumbing & Heating was the plumbing sub-contractor that was used for our bathroom remodel. All of our plumbing was rerouted for our project and new lines were installed for our vanity, toilet, tub and shower. The team from North Country did a professional job and were pleasant to work with. They were on site when they said they would be and were reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any upcoming projects or plumbing needs.

Mike, Matt, and the crew did a fantastic job working with us to get a new water softener and iron filtration system installed in our new lake home in Crosslake. Matt's work was expedient, tidy, and done correctly. Matt and Mike also went the extra mile to help us repair a shower valve that was out of production vs. having to bust open the wall to install a new valve, which saved us a bunch of money and repairs. Highly recommend for service in the area!

This morning I noticed the hot water heater was leaking, so I called North Country Plumbing and Mitsi took my call requesting assistance around 11:00 and told me that she would work everything out and expected they would be at our home today. I received emails at 2:09 that they completed the work to fix the leak! That's amazing service! Likewise, the work they completed was covered under warranty and Laleen and speechless at their gracious professionlism they showed us in a time of need. Great Service. Had a leak under the kitchen sink. North Country was out in 4 hours. These guys are the best. Prices very fair.
