The entire staff at Bonnerup’s was phenomenal from start to finish. Very professional, we felt very reassured that things were getting handled as we were dealing with our loss. Would highly recommend.

I had Dad's funeral at Bonnerup during covid. It was a split service. Buried him in another state before we had his funeral. It was an odd thing to go through but Bonnerup supported everything here and started processes in another state. He had everything planned and paid for through funeral insurance. He didn't die from covid but it sure did make the experience strange for me but not Bonnerup. They knew what to do when I did not.

Fast forward 3yrs and planning Mom's funeral. Dad had funeral insurance for her. She did not plan anything. I planned a beautiful service for her at Bonnerup. They assisted me through every part. They were patient with every correction. I had many!!

Grief is such an individual experience. It can leave a person very cloudy in thought. Many decisions have to be made sometimes with family that can be strained. They assisted making particular family feel so accommodated when I could not.

I thank them for all their help! Even the tiniest things. It was an unforgettable event for my family. Saying goodbye to two beloved people. Thank you

Our journey with Bonnerup began with a phone call, just gather information about the services provided when our father was very ill, just prior to his passing. From that first contact, we knew we were in good hands. Darlene at the front desk listened through our tears as we explained why we were calling, and then explained what we could expect from the Bonnerup team. She was kind and thorough, and no question that we had was too small for her to answer. Our interaction with her was just the beginning of feeling completely taken care of by the staff at Bonnerup. Amy was amazing at helping us navigate through the process of planning a memorial service. She was approachable, efficient, easy to get in contact with, and kind and caring throughout. Amy was able to match us with a pastor who performed the memorial service that was a perfect fit for our family, and in line with our Dad's wishes. There are so many details to attend to in planning a memorial service, and Amy left nothing undone. From photos, to live streaming the service, to music, to flowers, to food...everything was taken care of. The day of our Dad's memorial service, Kasie and the amazing team that day, walked us through everything. Again, every last detail was attended to. They are kind, caring, compassionate, professional, and a true joy to work with. We truly cannot say enough about our wonderful experience with Bonnerup Funeral and Cremation Services.

Our family had a great experience working with Kasie! She was supportive and worked with the whole family to have create the celebration we wanted to have. I needed information to help me locate the graves of my great great grandparents. After exhausting every source I could think of I decided to try calling local funeral homes to see if anyone had some records.
Tammy at Bonnerup went above and beyond. Not only did she manage in minutes what I’d spent a week trying to do, she also demonstrated genuine interest and pleasure in helping me find answers. She found me the exact location, and even provided contacts and resources to make it even easier. It was so nice to have an experience with someone who not only is good at what they do, but delights in using their skills to help others.

Stephanie K. was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating and responded quickly to our emails and requests.

We had provided our own casket and Bonnerup's provided our carpenter with space at their facility to attach the handles.

We were amazed at the personal attention given to every detail important to our family and mother. Steve and Spenser are simply the best! They are so patient, understanding and ready to help family in any way possible. They answered our questions immediately and kindly. Their suggestions were so helpful. They coordinated well with our local church. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Mother had the funeral celebration she had always dreamed about. They even found a Veterans group to provide full military honors for our WWII Veteran on a Sunday when groups don't do that!! We were helped with every detail and our Celebration of Mother's Life was perfect! I never knew such outstanding service was available. I highly recommend anyone use the Bonnerup Funeral Services. Simply wonderful!

Beautiful place with very sweet employees!! Everything turned out perfect on one of the hardest days of our lives and it would not have been that way if it weren’t for Stefanie!
